Hobby Lobby Wins Contraceptive Ruling in Supreme Court
In a 5-4 opinion written by
Justice Samuel Alito the court held that as applied to closely held
corporations the Health and Human Services regulations imposing the
contraceptive mandate violate the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Alito was
joined by Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Antonin Scalia and Justice
Clarence Thomas. Justice Anthony Kennedy filed a concurring opinion.
The court stressed
that its ruling applies only to corporations that are under the control
of just a few people in which there is no essential difference between
the business and its owners, like the Oklahoma-based Hobby Lobby chain
of arts-and-craft stores that challenged the provision.
Alito
also said the decision is limited to contraceptives under the health
care law. "Our decision should not be understood to hold that an
insurance-coverage mandate must necessarily fall if it conflicts with an
employer's religious beliefs," Alito said.

The US Air Force kicked Christian Gideon’s volunteers off base in March.The Bibles were too offensive and violated the separation of church and state rule.
But the Stars and Stripes reported that US military personnel are expected to adhere to Islamic practices during Ramadan.
I’m getting sick and tired of
the “separation of church and state” only applying to the Christian religion. Muslims
are not required to do anything in support of Christian celebrations or
holidays.
This stupid idea has our
Muslim President’s fingerprints all over it. Never
in our great nation's history since the revolutionary war against the British
has one man tried so hard to destroy us from within. Even

I hope that the stain of the
Obama administration can be scrubbed up off of the floors of our nation's
history when he's forced to go live in the real world in 2016. I still
believe that he has no intention of leaving the White-house, but we'll see. Those
of you that scoff at the idea of that happening beware. Laws and traditions and even common decency
mean nothing to this man or to any member of his corrupt administration.
I really believe that we need
to be more like Australia. Australia is not afraid to tell immigrants that they are a
Christian nation that speaks English. If

Again the USA has been Attacked by a Foriegn Country
Mexican Military Chopper Crosses into US, Shoots At Border Agents
This incursion by their
military has been going on for a couple of years now, and is happening more and
more frequently. How long are we going
to allow it to continue?
The excuse is always that it has
to do with chasing down drug transporters. Mexico needs to be told that the next time their military
crosses our borders it will be looked upon as an act of war and we will shoot
to kill --- not just our border patrol, but our citizens are also authorized as
militia to defend our borders from incursions.

Lie after Lie about Scandal after Scandal
The Obama administration continues
to tell the American people lie after lie about scandal after scandal.
Lois Lerner used her power within the IRS to target Conservative political groups, then when her scheme was
uncovered, she plead the fifth and the administration has stonewalled Congress
ever since.
At the heart of this whole scandal are Lois Lerner’s email records,
which will prove once and for all who she was working with in the
administration to go after right-leaning groups.
Congress has subpoenaed these records, and the length to which the
Obama administration has gone to hide the truth is truly staggering.
First, IRS officials claimed that it would take far too long
(months, not days) to compile all of Lois Lerner’s emails.
Then, the IRS actually criticized Congress for asking too much of
the agency, and the IRS Chief suggested a much smaller window of emails for
them to hand over. That’s not how this
works. The agency under investigation doesn’t get to pick and choose what
emails are handed over.
Next, the IRS notified Congress that Lois Lerner’s emails, and the
emails of her close associates, had mysteriously vanished during a “computer
crash.”
And in the most brazen act yet, the IRS just admitted that it had taken Lois Lerner’s hard drive and literally
melted it down.
Now you tell me, is that's not fisher than a sardine smoothie?
Anyone with half a brain understands what is going on. The administration is engaging in a massive
cover-up to mask the allegations of a much broader involvement in the targeting
scandal.
Anyone with a basic understanding of how the internet works will tell
you that the IRS’s excuse for “losing” all of the crucial Lois Lerner
emails is completely bogus!
First of all, all government computers are backed up, as are the
computers of any company. But just for
the sake of argument, let’s assume that these people are such big idiots that
they ignored the law and didn’t back up the computer. Unless Lois Lerner was emailing herself,
these emails exist on other computers.
So, even if they aren’t all in one central location, they do still exist
on the computers of who she was talking to!
Second of all, not only is the IRS mandated by law to back up and print hard copies of its emails during
investigations, but the Tax Agency was under contract with email back-up
company!
Just weeks after Lois Lerner’s computer allegedly “crashed,” the IRS cancelled its contract with Sonasoft, an email archiving company. How
the hell does that make sense? The last
thing that makes sense after a computer crash is to fire the company
responsible for archiving data!
What is even more suspicious is the fact that after this contract was
cancelled, the computers for six other IRS employees involved in the scandal also mysteriously “crashed.”
The timeline is just too much to be a coincidence! Now it really is fisher than a sardine
smoothie.
In June of 2011, the House Ways and Means Committee began a probe into the IRS’s then-alleged targeting of Conservative groups. TEN DAYS after their probe began, Lois Lerner’s computer mysteriously
“crashed.” Weeks later, the IRS cancelled its contract with the only off-site company which would have
any record of the targeting!
Sonasoft literally prides itself on being able to save data in case of
a computer crash. That is its entire
business model!
The only thing standing in the way of the Obama administration
covering-up this scandal was one contractor who was able to archive every
email.
So what did the IRS do? It fired
the email archiving company, cut all ties with it, and the next thing you know,
computers start crashing left and right for everyone involved in the scandal!
At this point, we don’t know what happened. Perhaps when the IRS pulled the plug on Lois Lerner’s computer, they realized they needed
to fire the firm that had the digital records.
All I know is that the American people aren’t getting the truth!

We the People are the last defense against this tyranny. When all other safeguards within the
Constitution fail, it is up to us to rise to the occasion and DEMAND that these
criminals he held accountable!

involved in the targeting of conservative groups, according to two Republicans
investigating the scandal.
The IRS told Ways and Means chairman Dave Camp and subcommittee chairman Charles Boustany that computer crashes resulted in additional lost e-mails, including from Nikole Flax, the chief of staff to former IRS commissioner Steven Miller, who was fired in the wake of the targeting scandal.
The revelation about Lerner’s e-mails rekindled the scandal and today’s news has further inflamed Republicans. Camp and Boustany are now demanding a special prosecutor to investigate “every angle” of the targeting. They expressed particular outrage that the agency has known since February that it would not be able to produce the e-mails requested by the committee yet did not apprise the committee of that fact, and they charged in a statement that the IRS is attempting to “cover up the fact that it convenient lost key documents in the investigation.”
If Lerner is the central figure in the scandal — Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa said Monday evening he believes she was the senior-most official involved — Flax may be an important auxiliary figure. E-mails produced in response to a Freedom of Information Act request from the group Judicial Watch show Flax giving the green light to Lerner’s request to meet with Department of Justice officials to explore the possibility of criminally prosecuting nonprofit groups — at the suggestion of Democratic senator Sheldon Whitehouse — for engaging in political activity after declaring on their application for nonprofit status that they had no plans to do so.
E-mails uncovered by the committee last week showed that, in preparation for her meeting with the Department of Justice, Lerner and one of her advisers transmitted 1.1 million pages of data on nonprofit groups, including confidential taxpayer information, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, potentially in violation of federal law.

Arrests American Citizens for Anti-Obama Posts!
Democrats have always targeted the
Second Amendment, but it has always been assumed that the First Amendment was
set in stone and wasn't up for debate. That
was until Barack Obama entered the White House. Now, Harry Reid has promised to put a
Constitutional amendment up for a vote to change the 1st Amendment!
Make no mistake; there are a lot of
people, like me, who really hate Obama’s leftist policies. There
are also many people who, because of those policies, have grown to hate Obama
himself. But, hatred alone has never
been a crime. U.S. citizens have the
right to speak their minds when it comes to politics without fear of being
punished. This is guaranteed by the
first amendment.
So, what do we do when U.S. citizens begin to be
rounded up and detained over "controversial" Facebook posts about the
President? What are we supposed to do when the government equates disapproval
of a President with a conspiracy to overthrow the government?
Wake up people, this is happening right
now!
The IRS scandal is a perfect
example of government bureaucrats punishing Conservatives for their political
views. Even though Conservative
non-profit groups were doing the same thing as their Liberal counterparts, only
those on the Right were targeted by Lois Lerner.
Most people will never experience this
type of targeting and 1st Amendment violations unless they start up their own
non-profit. But what about the things
you post on Facebook, Twitter, or even over e-mail?
You might remember the story of Brendan
Raub. Brendan is a Marine who would
often take to Facebook to express his, for lack of a better word,
"displeasure" of how the Obama administration was running the
country.
In one of his Facebook posts, Brendan
listed everything wrong with the country today, talking about how our leaders
do not respect the People. Ironically,
the post also criticized how the government doesn't respect individuals'
rights.
Within days, Brendan Raub was in police
custody. Not because he physically hurt
anyone... Not because he was plotting to overthrow the country... But because
he voiced his dissent (rather eloquently, I might add) and urged people to take
their country back.
Once he was detained, the FBI forced
Raub to undergo a psychological evaluation against his will. When the tests came back, it was determined
that Brendan Raub was suffering from "Oppositional Defiant Disorder."
This is a mental disorder where
individuals cannot help but oppose authority figures.
Under this definition, half of the
country is "Oppositional Defiant." Actually, according to the most
recent polling, 55% of the country disapproves of Obama. Is that what it has come to? First, we were deemed racists for opposing
Obama, now we're mentally ill for disagreeing with him?
This is supposed to be the United States of
America, not some
Nazi dictatorship where citizens
can be arrested, detained, and deemed mentally deficient all because they
expressed their dissenting political opinion!
This is exactly what people have always
said could never happen in America... And yet it
continues to happen!
Now, the Democrats are determined to
abolish/alter the 1st Amendment of the Constitution to re-define what political
speech is permissible and what political speech warrants a jail sentence!
This is all connected! The Left wants to control what you can and
cannot say as a way to control dissent. Harry
Reid has promised that he will put a Constitutional amendment up for a vote in
the Senate to change the 1st Amendment. These
two Liberal branches of government are conspiring to take away YOUR right to
free speech and they expect you to just accept it.
You MUST act NOW. Call, write, fax, or email your Senators and
Congressmen now. Unless of course you
just don’t care if you loose you right of free speech. When the Gestapo kicks your door in, it will
