Obama is getting just what he wanted in the middle east
Islamic law implemented in Libya, Egypt, Iraq, Afgahanistan, etc.

As has happened in Iraq and Afghanistan, any concession to religious freedom will be rendered void by the supremacy of Shariah. Shariah law prohibits fitna (anything that could shake the faith of a Muslim), especially evangelism (Christian witness), blasphemy (criticizing Islam), and apostasy (leaving Islam).

Justice Department sues over S. Carolina’s law on immigration
The Justice Department sued Monday to block South Carolina’s new immigration crackdown law, making it the third state to face such a challenge from the Obama administration, which argues only the federal government can decide immigration enforcement.
It should be noted that the Virginia murderer of a Nun was a known illegal alien, picked up numerous times by local police, but the Federal government did nothing, until someone was killed.
I do not have to remind people of the vicious murder in San Francisco of a father and son by a well known illegal alien, arrested numerous times, but the city is a “sanctuary city”, so they protect foreign criminals at the expense of honest, innocent citizens.
San Fran is the town where Mayor Gavin Newsom, now the California Lt. Governor, gave bus fare to illegal alien teenage drug dealers so they could hide in San Bernardino. I always thought the hiding of criminals was illegal—except if you are a Progressive Democrat.
The same city had a District Attorney, Kamela Harris, now the California Attorney General, who used tax dollars to give attorneys to illegal aliens’ so they can defend themselves from deportation.
Then you have Governor Brown signing a bill that forces the police NOT to impound cars of illegal aliens driving without a license or insurance—while at the same time honest Americans can have their cars impounded for the same offences.
Or you can look at the Democrat promoted and Brown signed “Dream Act”. That means illegal aliens will get limited seats in government schools, using taxpayer funded loans, grants and scholarships—every dollar given to these foreign criminals is a dollar less available for honest kids. Who is paying for the criminals to go to college—the California taxpayer—meaning their children can not get into college because their parents are honest and pay taxes.
The funny part of the Dream Act is that Governor Brown does not want an uneducated illegal alien in the State. Why? Under Federal law illegal aliens, with or without college degree, are not allowed to work. They are supposed to be deported. They deserve a college degree, I agree. They should pay for it and earn it in their home country, not in a country where they are criminals, lying on their job and school applications.
If I hid and protected a bank robber, I go to jail. Government hides, protects and promotes foreign criminals and no charges are brought against the government agents setting and implementing these felonious policies. One thing it does is show honest people they are foolish to follow the law. Caught without a license, claim to be an illegal alien. Want a college scholarship, say you sneaked into this county—government is NOT allowed to check if you are telling the truth.
We are a nation built on laws, yet our government violates them every day. The Obama/Brown’s of the world ridicule those who remind government that we have enough laws, if enforced, we would not have high unemployment rates, deficits would drop dramatically, crime would go down and we could keep our criminals in prison instead of releasing them to the streets. We would not longer have overcrowded schools or hospitals. Honest people could get help, while the criminals are back in their own countries.
Crime, high taxes, massive deficits, high unemployment, failed schools, health care rationing, and all would be solved if we had honest officeholders.
All they have to do is abide by their oath of office instead of making believe they never took an oath. Next November we can fix this problem—elect honest people to office.

ANOTHER CANDIDATE LIKE JFK?
JFK may have been a DINO, “Democrat
in name only”.
He pledged to increase
defense spending to close the "missile gap" with the Soviets. (That
sounds sort of Republican)
Then there was his
supply-side tax cut, (a definite
Republican policy).
He also, (with the full support of Republicans on
Congress), enact Civil Rights Reform, in spite of a lot of opposition from
the Democrats.
And his commitment to halt
communism in Indochina, and most surprising of all was his famous anti-welfare
line, "Ask not what your country can
do for you—ask what you can do for your country." (HELLO)
OK, He did totally screw
up the “bay of pigs”, but no one is perfect.
He did sort of redeem himself during the “Cuban missile crises” which probably
would never have happened had it not been for the Bay of Pigs.
And as for the Marilyn
Monroe thing, I won’t go there,but you must admit, he was
better than anybody they have come up with since.

Obama’s Dept of Justice sues South Carolina over new immigration law

South Carolina now joins Arizona and Alabama in being civilly prosecuted for attempting to halt the flow of illegal aliens into the state.
The Justice Department alleges that portions of the South Carolina’s law are “unconstitutional,” and the state should not be allowed to implement the popular new law that’s scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2012.
As with the Alabama statute, the law requires local law enforcement officials to check the immigration status of everyone they detain, a policy that progressives, illegal alien supporters and Democrat lawmakers say will result in the harassment and detention of legal aliens.
“Today’s lawsuit makes clear once again that the Justice Department will not hesitate to challenge a state’s immigration law ... if we find that the law interferes with the federal government’s enforcement of immigration,” said Attorney General Eric Holder.
“It is understandable that communities remain frustrated with the broken immigration system, but a patchwork of state laws is not the solution and will only create problems,” he added.
However, the cities and states declaring themselves sanctuaries for illegal aliens, while violating federal law, remain free from civil litigation by the Obama Justice Department. Recently, Washington, DC, and New York City officially announced their “sanctuary” status and constraints placed on police officers’ interaction with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
Even more troubling is the Obama Administration’s lack of resolve in making certain all states and cities comply with immigration laws and policies, a former New York City police official told the Law Enforcement Examiner.
“Usually, Obama’s minions are more interested in harassing and denigrating states and cities that attempt to enforce immigration laws,” said former NYPD detective and security firm owner Sidney Franes. “But they turn a blind eye to those who obstruct justice in the name of ‘sanctuary’ for criminal aliens.”
The Center for Immigration Studies released a new report on in October titled, “Which Way, New York: Will Feds Tolerate Local Interference or Assert Their Authority?” It is available online at: Link .
The CIS report examines New York City’s policies and practices and the effect they have on public safety and federal enforcement efforts.
It also questions the federal government’s passive acceptance of these sanctuary policies and recommends actions that can be taken to discourage such developments.
Key findings:
- Three-quarters of all foreign-born arrests in the entire state of New York occur in New York City (NYC). In 2008, the latest year for which data are available, local officers arrested 52,827 immigrants in NYC.
- For at least 20 years, NYC has had official policies impeding the enforcement of federal immigration laws. City policies prevent ICE agents from receiving notification of arrested aliens before their release from police custody.
- In September 2009, NYC’s Department of Correction adopted, and has since maintained, particularly obstructive policies and procedures for immigration officers and agents attempting to access criminal alien inmates housed in its detention facilities. Jail staff are required to follow procedures that actively encourage aliens to refuse to speak with ICE agents.
- Since the implementation of these procedures, the number of aliens charged with immigration violations at the city’s main detention facility has been cut nearly in half.
- Notwithstanding its lack of cooperation, NYC has garnered millions of dollars each year in federal SCAAP (State Criminal Alien Assistance Program) funds since the inception of this program to reimburse jurisdictions for the costs of incarcerating illegal aliens criminals.
- Despite all of the above facts, the federal government has never taken action to overcome the obstacles placed in its way by NYC – either through lawsuits, withholding of funding, or executive action – so that it can perform its job of immigration law enforcement in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Like I have stated in previous posts,
Obama wants and needs these illegal aliens.
He plans to get them all registered to
vote as Democrats.
It’s all part of the big plan to convert
this country to a dictatorship.
