Armed revolt in Tennessee . This event actually took place in Athens, TN in 1946....the first time an armed revolt by WWII veterans ever took place in this country. A very sobering video, to say the least.  If you are one of those people that still cannot understand the reasoning behind our Second Amendment, maybe this video will make it a little clearer. . The 1992 made-for-television movie An American Story (produced by the Hallmark Hall of Fame) was based upon the McMinn County War but set in a Texas town in 1945. It was nominated for two 1993 prime time Emmy Awards and one American Society of Cinematographers award. . Why is it so difficult to get people to grasp the clear and undeniable fact that Barrack Hussein Obama is not only a racist, he is also an active, unrepentant, radical Marxist?

Barack Hussein Obama is no accident.  He’s the slick and well-trained lead Agent of change, handpicked by the far left to force America into a socialist state.  It’s not as if the evidence for this conclusion is obscure, esoteric, or otherwise hard to understand.  Much of it is in the two ego-tripping “autobiographical” books Obama claims to have written about himself. Thus, it’s from his own statements about himself, not from second or third hand sources, that the Marxist identity emerges.
For instance, in Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, we learn that Obama’s birth father was a Kenyan communist and virulent anti-colonialist. Clearly, the title of the book tells us that Obama picked up where his alcoholic father left off. Third World anti-colonialism has as a premise that white Europeans are the source of all the problems in the world today, and thus, are to be hated. Anti-colonialism was embraced by the New Left of the 1960s, of which, Obama goes on to tell us, he went out of his way to become a part of.

Jumping ahead to the present, nearly all of his grossly unconstitutional so-called “czars” are rabid Marxists in a variety of shades of red. The fact that Obama is a Marxist, and has been since his teen years under the “mentorship” of Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis, is not a debatable matter.   Everyone knows that communist groups, terrorist organizations, and race-baiting preachers and professors endorse him. It’s obvious that his economic policies are the failed derivatives of Karl Marx’s.  Gas has already reached six bucks a gallon in California and probably will everywhere else by mid-summer.

In the past few months, Obama and his cronies, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, have made it clear that they intend to “bypass” Congress anytime they choose, and that no one can stop their lawless actions. “Where Congress won’t act, I will,” said Obama last October. They have already done this on a number of occasions using executive orders, claimed to have the legitimacy and binding authority of congressionally passed legislation, and administrative rules from the EPA. Most real conservatives see these as unconstitutional usurpations of congressional power by the executive branch, but since there seem to be so few real conservatives actually in Congress, no one has done squat to stop it.

One of the most costly and destructive realities of the Obama economy is the incalculable amount of taxpayer money that is being spent, and ultimately wasted, on things that benefit only the President and his supporters.  Take for example, the President’s signature healthcare reform law (“Obamacare”).

Early in his term, President Obama sold his plan with glowing promises. “If you like your Doctor, you can keep your Doctor,” the President told us, and “this will bend the healthcare cost curve downward.”

Yet just recently, President Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius reluctantly admitted in a Senate hearing that the funding mechanisms for government provide healthcare are collapsing, the costs of administering Obamacare are spiraling out of control, and since the law came in to existence the price of private insurance has skyrocketed, causing a few million Americans to lose their coverage.

 Obamacare has been horrible for everyday Americans, yet Mr. Obama enjoys the status of being the President to finally “reform” healthcare, and some 1600 other people enjoy the new government employment positions that the programs have necessitated.

A similar scenario has unfolded with the President’s “green energy” efforts.  Consider that since taking office in January of 2009, President Obama provided General Motors with more bailout funds (beyond the amounts that President Bush had handed-over to them in 2008); forced the resignation of former General Motors C.E.O. Rick Wagoner and handpicked his successor; mandated that G.M. step up production of the hybrid electric Chevy Volt; then offered government-funded subsidies to get people to buy the cars.

Despite all this, the Volt has sold so poorly that G.M. has called a five week production hiatus to allow “excess inventories” to get bought.  Once again, everyday Americans suffer the consequences of government control and planning, yet President Obama wears the “green” badge with pride.

The President’s mandates and controls are still hampering private businesses, while future generations of tax revenue are being spent on his selfish pleasures.  We desperately need of relief from his stranglehold – and we can only wait so long.

Moving ahead with his undermining of the Constitution and the Rule of Law, Obama met with Democrat state governors to enlist their complicity and discuss strategy.

“There was a sense that none of us should wait, we can’t wait for things to happen in Congress,” said Jack Markell, the Democratic governor of Delaware and the vice chairman of the National Governors Association. “We’re going to do what we can do [now].”

Early on in his occupancy of the White House, B. Hussein went out of his way to let Marxist dictator, Hugo Chavez, know that he admired him and would emulate him, if only he could get away with it. He has also kow-towed to the Communist Chinese government at every opportunity, and bent over backwards to be accommodating to the appallingly, brutally oppressive Communist dictators of North Korea. One gets the distinct impression, every time he talks to any of them, that he’s dying to tell them he’ll be joining their club any day now.

The Founders created the three branches of government and the clear separation of powers that are at the heart of the Constitution for very good, very real reasons. The foremost of these is that if any one branch is allowed to dominate the others, a dictatorship will quickly result.   The harsh reality is that Obama knows exactly what he’s doing and no one seems willing or able to stop him.

Legitimize and justify are the main working tools of the far left.   They plan to justify everything—even the slaughter of babies who survive botched abortions.  Marxism follows and legitimizes actions not so long ago considered unacceptable by the majority of society.

Emboldened that their leaders have captured the White House hands down, and are ready to take a second term.   They are out there, not only planning but openly boasting about what is coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

For the sake of physical safety, peace and security, we should all be aware of how far the left begin to legitimize their actions even before they take them.  A prime example of how their legitimization works is Occupy Wall Street (OWS), who promise to deliver mass civil unrest and anarchy starting next month.  Most media have been looking the other way while OWS uses this time to recruit.

They have plenty of money from a new entity called the Resource Movement Group (RMG), bankrolled by wealthy supporters sympathetic to the movement. (ABC News, March 8, 2012) “The backers include Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of ice cream maker Ben & Jerry’s, as well as Danny Goldberg, former manager of Nirvana.  Their goal is to raise $1.8 million, to be given out as grants of up to $25,000 each to protesters whose projects win RMG’s approval.”  They claim to have already trained 100,000 activists.

Rape, rats, drugs, mayhem and even murder was the legacy of OWS Act I before they hibernated resting for a spring comeback.  I sincerely believe the worst is yet to come.

“It may well be that the Occupy movement is now in its second phase where it makes trouble, in the phase where it threatens to shut down institutions,” says leftist professor and activist Frances Fox Piven.   “The Occupy Movement has moved into the neighborhoods of our cities, it has moved into the schools.  This spring, we’ll see action against the banks and the corporations.”

Please don’t be left in the complacency of false security because the news of spreading anarchy is largely suppressed?   The left is rising up to produce the anarchy necessary, should the Obama regime need to declare martial law and perhaps suspend elections if wholesale voting fraud does not guarantee him re-election.

With the growing mountain of evidence that has been produced that the fraud occupying the White House is indeed, just that, we need to move to shut down the executive branch and their co-conspirators before they shut down America.

DISAPPEARING CIVIL RIGHTS (part 3)

The Obama administration is systematically dismantling your Fourth Amendment rights:

• GPS tracking: Police have the ability to tap into your cell phone, smart phone, laptop and navigation device to track your every move, and they can do this without obtaining a warrant. Last year, the Justice Department argued that warrantless tracking is permitted because Americans enjoy no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in their-- or at least their cell phones' -- whereabouts.
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS): The DHS recently released a series of terrorist-watch videos "See Something, Say Something" that effectively tell Americans to spy on each other. These video clips depict Americans as terror threats, and then advise citizens to report the behaviors of their fellow citizens.
• Transportation and Security Administration (TSA): Agents at airports across the country have harassed, groped and terrorized innocent Americans - including small children and the elderly - as they attempt to board airplanes. It is not uncommon to hear passengers complain of strip searches and humiliation, all without due cause.
• Social Media Spies: The Department of Homeland Security makes fake Twitter and Facebook profiles for the specific purpose of scanning these sites for "watch list" words. If you are tagged by DHS, they read your posts and dig into your account to find out who you are. 
• Court Decisions: The Supreme Court ruled on Kentucky v. King that law enforcement have the authority to stage a search and seizure of Americans' property without obtaining a warrant from a judge. And the Indiana State Supreme Court ruled in Barnes v. State of Indiana that police can enter a resident's private property at any time - without a warrant, without suspicion, without reason - and without knocking and announcing their presence!

Think about this for a moment; While you are putting burgers on the grill ... while your kids are jumping on the trampoline ... while you are standing in the yard talking to a neighbor ... while you are window shopping ... or sitting outside at a café, having lunch ... the eyes of the U.S. government will be upon you.

I am not kidding.  Small drones will begin flying in June, and all types of them will be allowed into the skies by September 30, 2015.  All courtesy of President Barack Obama.  He signed the "FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012" into law on February 14.  It allows for a broad expansion of drones over the United States. Supposedly In the name of "security?" Hardly!

Quietly, without comments from the mainstream media, without opposition from anyone in Congress, America is becoming Obama's police state.

Obama’s NOAA probed for booze cruises bought with official fines

Greenpeace activist Casson Trenor has disrupted the huge Boston Seafood Show for the past two years, but, if he’s planning a repeat performance this coming week, he’ll likely be upstaged by an illicit party boat.

It won’t be floating entertainers ready to distract the usual browsing restaurateurs and organic foods from a potential Greenpeace harangue. It will be overstressed fishermen and beleaguered auctioneers quietly asking associates if they know anything about the mysterious, luxurious 35-foot Boston Whaler cabin boat.

They’ve heard it has something to do with the overwhelming “Asset Forfeiture” fines they’ve had to pay under the Obama administration’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. It has something to do with their very survival.

The craft is the subject of a damning — and highly redacted — 34-page report of an investigation by the U.S. Commerce Department’s inspector general titled “Irregularities in NOAA’s $300,000 Undercover Vessel Procurement.”

Three weeks ago, Sen. Scott Brown, R-Mass., and Rep. John Tierney, D-Mass., both of whom have substantial seafood catching, selling, and consuming constituencies, obtained a copy of the report under the Freedom of Information Act.

It was an iron-eyed investigation of NOAA’s law enforcement office in Seattle, spurred by a fed-up whistleblower disgusted by higher-ups who dodged procurement rules to buy a luxury pleasure boat.

After reading the report, the outraged Brown took it to the Senate floor where he blasted the Obama agency for what the IG found: “Let me describe the situation: NOAA levied totally unreasonable fines against our fishermen.”

“Then they used that money to buy themselves a luxury boat,” Brown said. “That’s right, while fishermen in Gloucester and New Bedford are struggling to put off foreclosure or mourning the loss of their livelihood because of NOAA’s overzealous enforcement, the NOAA office was living the good life on their dime.”

It may seem odd that the New England fishing community would be so interested in a report on NOAA’s bureaucratic corruption a continent away in the Pacific Northwest — Boston is 3,075 road miles from Seattle.

But this new report coldly fills in shameful details glossed over in a 2010 IG report that focused on New England fisheries, examining agency law enforcement officers’ misuses of NOAA’s wretchedly mismanaged Asset Forfeiture Fund — the account that holds money from those unreasonable fines laid upon fishermen.

So, New England fishermen are very interested in the new report. They will back any lawful measure to punish cops who break the law on their backs to have a good time and get away with it.
Brown’s speech was subsequently posted to YouTube,  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIdzt53FKtY ,which had more than 17,000 viewers after Richard Gaines of the Gloucester Times spread the story.

Some of Brown’s remarks hit the American fairness button. “NOAA had no reasonable official use for this boat. They didn’t need it. Period. They had some story about needing an ‘undercover vessel’ to sneak up on whale-watching vessels. Imagine that — armed federal agents sneaking up on school groups and tourists trying to learn about nature.

“NOAA officials used the boat for the following: trips to dockside restaurants; hamburger and hotdog BBQs and alcohol-fueled parties; and ‘pleasure cruises’ at high rates of speed, with beer consumed onboard. Let’s be honest. A booze cruise is a booze cruise.”

The video showed barely controlled outrage on Brown’s face.

“To this day no one has been held accountable,” Brown said. “Let me repeat. No one has been disciplined, fired, or even reprimanded for anything having to do with this boat. NOAA has a culture of corruption that has created a chasm of distrust between the agency and the fishing industry.”

Well, what do we expect of dishonest cops?

“This is simply unacceptable,” said Brown. “This needs to change, and accountability starts at the top. NOAA’s leadership needs to change. I am calling once more for President Obama to fire NOAA Administrator Jane Lubchenco.”

The entire senior executive ranks of NOAA — including the Seattle and New England corrupt cops — would look more fitting in the unemployment lines than their victims.

1.	You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.

3.	The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4.	You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
