NSA TRACKING GUN SALES

The NSA Has All Non-Gun Show Sales in Its Files.

On June 27, 26 United States Senators sent a letter to James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence.  The letter called attention to the fact that domestic spying by the United States government on American citizens includes the collection of information on firearms sales.  The letter said the following: “And the bulk collection authority could potentially supersede bans on maintaining gun owner databases. . . .”

THANKS TO OBAMA...

U.S.-Funded “Freedom Fighters” Behead Christians In Syria

Thanks to the Obama administration’s support for Islamic terrorist organizations, civilians, including Christian men, women and children, are all at risk of being killed. But it’s all collateral damage, right?
I wonder if that’s what Obama would say if he saw the recently surfaced video of two Christians being beheaded by terrorists while a group of people watched and cheered:

CNN SUCKS BIG TIME

Number CNN Broadcasts Zimmerman Social Security

On Monday, CNN showed George Zimmerman’s Social Security number and other personal information live over the air, including address, date of birth, and phone number.

I quit watching CNN years ago because they are ALWAYS doing stupid crap like this.  I strongly EVERYBODY recommend that EVERYONE do the same.  Maybe if they lose enough of the market share they will make that “popping sound”.
Definition of “popping sound”- the sound made when you pull your head out of your ass.

HERMAN CAIN ON THE ECONOMY

Economy stagnant because Obama is hostile to business

By Herman Cain
It turns out, since the government tends to go back and revise these things, that economic growth in the first quarter of this year was even worse than the paltry 2.4 percent they originally announced. It was only 1.8 percent.

How bad is that? We would need to consistently exceed 3 percent to make any progress at all on bringing down unemployment from its current level of 7.6 percent. (This time in 2008, when the media was howling for George W. Bush’s scalp because of the economy, unemployment was 5.7 percent.) We would need to consistently exceed 4 percent in order to see economic growth play any role whatsoever in bringing down our budget deficits.

And we’re stuck at 1.8 percent. But it’s just one quarter, right? Let’s look at the trend. What have we done since the beginning of last year? Here you go:
  • 1Q 2012: 2.0 percent
  • 2Q 2012: 1.3 percent
  • 3Q 2012: 3.1 percent
  • 4Q 2012: 0.4 percent
  • 1Q 2013: 1.8 percent

Folks, this is horrendous. One of my most pressing concerns for our country right now is not merely that the economy is so weak, but that much of the American public does not even realize how weak it is because the news media – through a combination of ideological bias and sheer economic ignorance – isn’t telling them.

It’s not hard to see why this is happening. First, Obama came into office with the economy already hampered by an anti-growth tax code, including the highest corporate tax in the world (35 percent), a counter-productive tax on repatriated profits, job-choking regulations and mounting debt. All of this usurps capital that could be used by the private sector to invest in activity that leads to growth.

On top of that, Obama’s rise to the presidency brought uncertainty that prompted business owners to hold back on decisions like hiring, facility expansion and the launch of new product lines. I don’t know how many times I’ve said this: Business hates uncertainty. If they don’t feel confident about what is coming tomorrow, they will retreat, play it safe and wait.

And nothing has made business owners less confident about the future than ObamaCare, which punishes hiring by imposing massive new costs for mandatory health benefits. When you pull back on hiring to avoid these costs, Obama and his media allies attack you as an unpatriotic jerk, but at least it’s better than knowingly purchasing a one-way ticket to bankruptcy.

But even that wasn’t enough for Obama, who last week announced that he plans to issue executive orders that will essentially end traditional coal-fired energy in this country. Now businesses will have to pay more for energy and have a harder time getting it – on top of everything else Obama has done to war against their success and prosperity.

The economy is not growing because we have a president who is hostile to business, and doesn’t know the first thing about how it works, what makes it succeed or what it needs to remain successful over the long term. He tries to combat unemployment in a typical Washington way – by offering tax credits for hiring, as if a business will hire a person they don’t otherwise need to get a tax break that covers a tiny percentage of that person’s cost to them.

When America’s economy is strong, it’s because a strong business sector is driving growth. When it’s weak, it’s because the business sector is being kept from doing that. In this case, it’s being kept from driving growth by an openly hostile president of the United States.

The fruits of his efforts are now quantified for all to see. The economy is not growing, and it will not grow as long as Obama’s policies are in place.

OBAMA CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE MUSLEM BROTHERHOOD

OBAMA CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, but Egyptian Protesters Demand Ouster of Morsi

On October 14, 1981, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat was assassinated after nearly 30 years as the country’s third president.  Vice President Hosni Mubarak was sworn in as the fourth president.
Mubarak ruled Egypt with a strong iron hand, and many considered him to be more of a dictator than a president.   He was charged with a number of human rights violations.

In 2010, the movement to oust Mubarak gained strength both within Egypt and from the international community.  President Obama committed billions of dollars and military aid to the Egyptian rebels, much like he is about to do in Syria.   With the help of the US, Mubarak was forced out of office on February 11, 2011.

Obama just had to meddle in Egyptian affairs.  He decided Hosni Mubarak had to go.  A flawed leader, to be sure, but a dependable ally to the United States and Israel who did a good job of reigning in extremist elements in his country.  In the middle east, there are never truly “good” options. Sometimes there are less terrible ones.

Pushing Mubarak out created a power vacuum.  In the mid east, those are always filled immediately by Islamic extremists and this time was no different.

The Egyptian people, nowhere near prepared to govern themselves, elected the Muslim Brotherhood by way of Mohamed Morsi. It only took a short time for the extreme Islamic group known as the Muslim Brotherhood to take control of Egypt.  The Muslim Brotherhood was so radical and dangerous that even Mubarak outlawed them from being active in Egyptian politics.  But Obama proved his loyalty to his Muslim faith by fully supporting the radical takeover of Egypt by the Muslim Brotherhood.  He has continued to provide them with billions of dollars in money and military aid, even though they publicly state that the US is an enemy that must be battled.

The Egyptian presidency was claimed by Mohamed Morsi after a year of political wrestling between the Muslim Brotherhood and other political factions in the country.  Within months of assuming official position as the fifth president of Egypt on June 30, 2012, Morsi announced his desires to establish an Islamic Caliphate with himself as the supreme leader.

Morsi has established himself as more of a dictator than his predecessor and is guilty of more human rights violations than his predecessor.   Morsi has launched a war on the country’s Coptic Christians that once made up 10% of the total population.   He enacted laws that force everyone in Egypt to convert to Islam, pay a very heavy tax for not being a Muslim or leave the country.  Yet, his troops and police continually attack Christians in their homes, on the streets and in their churches.  Churches are being burned down as are some of their homes.  Christians are being beaten, tortured, raped, burned and killed.

Obama helped oust Mubarak because of human rights violations, but in only a year, Morsi has proven far worse than Mubarak ever was.  Yet, against the will of Congress and many Americans, President Barack Hussein Obama continues to support Morsi and his dictatorship.

In case you haven’t noticed, there is a very clear pattern here.   Everything the Obama administration does in the Middle East always benefits the Muslim Brotherhood.  Don’t forget, he gave them millions of our dollars plus a bunch of F-16 fighter jets.

Here are today’s headlines from Egypt:

The streets of Egypt have been convulsed with truly gigantic protests against the Muslim Brotherhood government of Mohammed Morsi. These demonstrations are far larger than those which ousted previous dictator Hosni Mubarak. There has been violence, with several deaths reported. A battle erupted as protesters stormed and firebombed the Cairo offices of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Morsi regime is looking shaky, with a reported ten ministers resigning to demonstrate solidarity with the protesters. The Egyptian military has indicated it plans to step in and restore order within 48 hours. The demonstrators gave Morsi one day to resign. Morsi has taken to referring to the protesters as "enemies of Egypt."

New state laws take effect today

Early July is about more than fireworks, cookouts and long weekends.
It's also about hundreds of new state laws across the country.
