Good call Obama.

Obama: Iran Needs to Keep Nuclear Program for its “Dignity”

Good call Obama.  I would hate to be nuked by someone who had no dignity…

ARE YOU A RACIST FOR CRITICIZING OBAMA?

Race-baiters in America love to call any and all whites who criticize Obama racists, while allowing blacks to malign white presidents with zero condemnation.

I’m not real fond of this video for two reasons:
1.)   It barely scratches the surface.  You can find HUNDREDS of examples on the internet of black Americans harshly criticizing white presidents.
2.)   This video has too many commercials.

George Bush received more criticism from black people during hurricane Katrina than Obama has received from whites during his entire time in office.

All presidents are subject to ridicule...left or right, no one is untouchable...they are after all just humans, not gods and they definitely are not above the law, or at least they aren’t suppose to be.   Ant they all should be held accountable for their actions or in-actions...

Speaking for myself; my criticism of Carter when he was President was FAR worse than anything I have ever said or written about Obama.  I was also VERY critical of both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and no one ever called me a racist.

Are You Ready For Some Football?

The NFL Wants Your Money, But Doesn’t Care About Your Freedom

LORD OBAMA’S FIRST COMMANDMENT

I AM THE LAW. THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER LAWS BEFORE ME
The other day, Barack Obama exclaimed to the American public, that as long he is President, the law, (ObamaCare) will not be repealed.  Adding defiance to the legacy of lies and lawlessness illustrates how the authority of the legislative and judicial branches of our government been nullified and concentrated from in the president.   That is what is known as a dictatorship?

His unilateral changes to the ObamaCare legislation have now raised a new concern about his total disregard of the constitution.   I think we can assume that he knows only the legislature can modify laws they have previously passed.   He was after all a Harvard law professor.  The only explanation is that he considers himself to be above the law.

Obama’s disregard of the constitution, the American public’s complacency, and a congress that doesn’t have the gonads to rein in this Marxist, creates the perfect storm for the rise to despots and dictators.

As Obama continues his selling campaign for ObamaCare, about five million Americans have lost their health care plans.  Many more are yet to be touched by the obsession of this president.  Will that be enough to wake them up and jolt them from their sleepy perches?  Will they then become interventional if not outright revolutionary?

Senate Republican Mitch McConnell says the ObamaCare legislation is “broken beyond repair,” he also asserts that only a full repeal followed by a new bill can stop the confusion.

I do realize that Congress is squeezed between a liberal senate and a Marxist president, but I don’t know if it is possible to hold off the flood waters of Obama’s broken dam until the 2014 mid-term elections which may (or may not) bring the senate back to the right.   In the interim millions are getting the feel for ObamaCare right where it counts – the wallet.

ObamaCare is only the tip of the iceberg.   Obama seems to believe that America was founded on the principle of equal economic outcomes rather than equal opportunity.  He wants to raise the minimum wage to move toward more equality, apparently not content that he's increased food stamp distribution and other welfare transfer payments to an all-time high.

He either doesn’t know, or doesn’t care that his war on capitalism and his obsessive quest for economic redistribution will not help but further destroy the economy.   His policy is destroying economic growth and jobs, is increasing the national debt and is shattering the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans.  It is quite obvious to most that he doesn't care.   His plan is to complete his fundamental transformation of America, which, means ruining what has made it unique, impoverishing it and bankrupting it.

America has never been more divided.  Unfortunately, the collectivists have achieved critical mass. They use their 51% democratic majority to force the 49% minority to conform to their vision of utopia where everyone will be equal to the least among us.  Those of us who favor a constitutional republic over a democracy are losing our voice.

Whether it will require another revolution or another civil war to return to the America envisioned by our founders depends on your frame of view. However, neither is going to happen as long as there is a chicken in every pot.  As long as the productive minority of this country is able to scratch out enough of a living to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads, they will not risk the chaos of revolution.  The revolution will start when the majority runs out of other people’s money with which to pacify their followers.

OBAMA SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL FRAUD.

Ben Stein Said: Obama Should Be “Charged With Criminal Fraud” for His Repeated Lies

Can Obama Suspend Election Laws Too?

(CNSNews.com) – At a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) on Tuesday asked if President Barack Obama has the “prosecutorial discretion” not to enforce immigration and marijuana laws, what’s to stop him from deciding not to enforce election laws.
“If the president can fail to enforce immigration laws, can the president likewise fail to enforce election laws?” Gowdy asked Simon Lazarus, senior counsel to the Constitutional Accountability Center, one of several legal experts who testified at the hearing titled, “The President’s Constitutional Duty to Faithfully Execute the Laws.”

“If you can dispense with immigration laws or marijuana laws or mandatory minimums, can you also dispense with election laws?” Gowdy asked Lazarus, who replied, “No.”

“Why not? If he can suspend mandatory minimum and immigration laws, why not election laws?” Gowdy asked.

“Because we live in a government of laws, and the president is bound to obey them and apply them,” Lazarus answered.

“Well he’s not applying the ACA, and he’s not applying immigration laws, and he’s not applying marijuana laws, and he’s not applying mandatory minimums. What’s the difference with election laws?” Gowdy asked.

“We have a disagreement as to whether in fact he is applying those laws. My view is that he is applying those laws,” Lazarus said.

“Professor Turley, what are the limits of prosecutorial discretion, and if the president can suspend immigration laws, marijuana laws, why not election laws?” Gowdy asked Turley, professor at George Washington University Law School.

“I think that some of these areas I can’t imagine to be justified through prosecutorial discretion. It’s not prosecutorial discretion to go into a law and say, an entire category of people will no longer be subject to the law. That’s a legislative decision,” Turley said.

“Prosecutorial discretion is a case-by-case decision that is made by the Department of Justice. When the Department of Justice starts to say we’re going to extend that to whole sections of laws, then they are engaging in a legislative act, not an act of prosecutorial discretion,” Turley added.

“Wherever the line is drawn has got to be drawn somewhere from here. It can’t include categorical rejections of the application of the law to millions of people,” he said.

“The president is outside the line, but it has to go in front of a court, and that court has to grant review, and that’s where we have the most serious constitutional crisis I view in my lifetime, and that is this body is becoming less and less relevant,” Turley said.
