UPDATE ON “OBAMA BROKE THE LAW. (again)”
It's bad enough that Barack Obama broke the law and illegally negotiated with terrorists.
It's worse that he made a deal to release terrorists in exchange for a man who is reported to have abandoned his base (desertion) and we lost brave soldiers who went looking for him.

It gets even worse when we look at who Obama

Free Beacon, these are the five that were released in exchange for US POW
Bowe Bergdahl.
** Mullah Norullah Noori - served as governor of Balkh province in the Taliban regime and played some role in coordinating the fight against the Northern Alliance.
** Mohammed Nabi Omari – the Taliban’s chief of communications and helped al Qaeda members escape from Afghanistan to Pakistan.
** Khairullah Khairkhwa – most prominent position was as governor of Herat province from 1999 to 2001, and he was alleged to have been “directly associated” with Osama bin Laden.
** Abdul Haq Wasiq – deputy chief of the Taliban regime’s intelligence service. His cousin was head of the service.
These are NOT just terrorists
Obama is releasing.
These are terrorist leaders. Commanders and generals, if you will.

OBAMA BROKE THE LAW. (again)
President Obama broke the law, which requires the administration to notify Congress before any transfers from Guantanamo are carried out.
Lawmakers were not notified of the Guantanamo detainees’ transfer until after it occurred. The law requires the defense secretary to notify relevant congressional committees at least 30 days before making any transfers of prisoners, to explain the reason and to provide assurances that those released would not be in a position to reengage in activities that could threaten the United States or its interests.
Before the current law was enacted at the end of last year, the conditions were even more stringent.
