What if Obama received a Lifetime Appointment?

Here’s something to keeping mind when deciding who you will support to become the next President of the United States.

As everyone surely knows by now, Justice Scalia’s seat is vacant.
Justice Ginsburg is 82 years old.
Justice Kennedy is 79 years old.
Justice Breyer is 77 years old.
Justice Thomas is 67 years old.

The next President will most likely appoint at least three or four new justices, and possibly five.   Think about that.  What type of person do you think should have a Lifetime Appointment to the highest court in the land?

I want to share the following which happened at a Town Hall Meeting in New Hampshire in January of this year.  Learning about this may cause some to have nightmares and sleepless nights.  It barely got mentioned by the News Media, so most people don’t know about it.

Hillary Clinton was asked that, if she were elected President, would she nominate President Barack Obama to the U.S. Supreme Court…  Her reply was “WOW! What a great idea.  Nobody has ever suggested that to me.  I love that. Wow.  I tell you, that’s a great idea.   He’s brilliant.  He can set forth an argument, and he was a law professor.  He has all the credentials.”

I cannot envision a more ominous threat to the future of America than Obama getting a lifetime appointment to a position where he can continue the “fundamental changes” to America which he has been doing as President.

It now appears that our next President has been narrowed down to three possibilities, Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders.
No matter what your opinion of Trump may be, you MUST realize that his choices for Supreme Court Justices would be FAR better for the future of this country than Hillary’s or Bernie’s.

Obama is importing Muslim “refugees” ILLEGALLY, and without proper vetting

As Europe continues to collapse financially and socially under the weight of an Islamic invasion, America’s Muslim-in-chief has determined to cut the time for screening unvetted Muslims coming into our country from Syria, thus knowingly endangering the people he is supposed to serve.
Of course, none of this surprises those who have warned about who Barack Hussein Obama Soeotoro Sobarkah actually is.
Adam Kredo at Washington Free Beacon reports that representatives are warning about the Obama administration’s reckless time cut on vetting Muslims is a national security risk.

An Obama administration plan to resettle a greater number of foreign refugees in the United States by expediting the screening process is drawing concern from Capitol Hill, where lawmakers are warning that the administration is not capable of properly screening these individuals for ties to terrorism.
The Obama administration has committed to bring at least 10,000 Syrian refugees onto American soil in fiscal year 2016 by accelerating security screening procedures from 18-24 months to around three months, according to sources who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon.
Obama administration officials told the Free Beacon that they remain committed to the plan, despite warnings from the FBI and other law enforcement officials who say the federal government is not equipped to properly vet these individuals within that timeframe.
The administration is committed to moving forward this year with a plan to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees and 85,000 refugees overall, officials said.

Call me constitutional, but I thought immigration was Congress’ job, not that of the Executive Branch.  Yes, yes, that’s right, the Constitution is clear in Article 1, Section 9:

The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.

In other words, the Constitution provides for Congress to be the body that determines whether the things that the Obama administration is doing can be done and that would have to be done through legislation.  The Executive Branch is not authorized to make law, especially law concerning immigration.

In fact, a Federal Court of Appeals has sided with Texas and 26 other states that are opposing Obama’s usurpation of immigration law, which he has said is “not smart” and “doesn’t make sense and even stated that we “might as well abolish our immigration laws altogether.”

Some in Congress are speaking up, but instead of pointing to the Constitution, they are saying this is a security issue, which it is, but why they won’t deal with the root, which is the crimes of the Obama administration, is anyone’s guess.  In fact, why do they not deal with the clear and present national security issue, at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue?

“We know the 18- to 24-month vetting process for Syrian refugees has severe vulnerabilities after FBI Director James Comey warned about the federal government’s inability to thoroughly screen Syrian refugee applicants for terrorism risk and after the Department of Homeland Security’s investigative arm warned about ISIS’s capability to print fake Syrian passports for terrorist infiltration,” Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL) told the Free Beacon.

“Given that the administration has not explained to the American people whether and how it fixed these and other known vulnerabilities to terrorist infiltration, it is highly irresponsible for the administration to reduce the 18- to 24-month vetting process for Syrian refugees down to three months to meet its artificial and ideologically-driven goal of bringing 10,000 Syrian refugees onto U.S. soil by September,” Kirk added.

Rep. Kirk put forward legislation recently that would impose enhanced screening measures that would allegedly keep Islamic jihadists out of the refugee program.
However, one has to ask exactly how the DC government would determine jihadists from those who are not.  Furthermore, is there an actual piece of legislation that allows for bringing alleged Muslim refugees into the US?  I’m not aware of such legislation.  So, it appears to me that the cart is before the horse when it comes to the Congress’ capitulation to the current administration.

Kirk is being challenged by Rep. Tammy Duckworth for his congressional seat and his campaign issued a recent statement regarding Duckworthy’s position on the issue.

“Duckworth’s plan to bring in 200,000 unsafely vetted Syrian refugees wasn’t considered safe when the administration had two years to vet each refugee for terrorist ties—it’s downright dangerous now that the vetting has been cut to just three months.”

Equal justice under the law no longer exists

Seven years into an Obama administration, we have learned that Barack Obama has a history of choosing bizarre candidates to the office of the United States Attorney General. This position is essentially the head of the Justice Department.
Well, you can take the blindfold off of lady Justice because we no longer have equal justice under the law

Obama’s current Attorney General is a woman by the name of Loretta Lynch, who, after the San Bernardino terrorist attacks from radical Islamists, threatened Americans that the justice department would fiercely prosecute any ‘anti-Islamic rhetoric that edges towards violence.’

Recently, she released a 9-page letter, what amounts to a threat, to courts and municipalities across the country. The letter explains that the courts need to practice leniency towards minorities who commit minor crimes, or face the chance that they will lose federal funding, and risk being investigated for racial discrimination practices.

Since instituting the, leniency for minorities only policies, crime has begun to rise due to what some people are referring to the broken-window principle of policing. When authorities enforce the smaller crimes, the bigger crimes seem to happen less frequently. Consequently, the reverse happens when the justice system looks the other way when faced with things like public urination, public drunkenness, or littering.

It’s probably a good thing for America to have, as the leader of their judicial system, a person who is setting one standard for white people, and a seperate standard for minorities. Nothing could possibly go wrong with that. Right?

Though the apparent racism and cluelessness of Loretta Lynch is bad enough, it was nothing compared to Obama’s first Attorney General.

Eric holder, resigned from the position, leaving behind a legacy of fiercely prosecuting any ‘leaks’ from inside the administration, being the only Cabinet member in American history who was held in contempt of Congress, and not prosecuting the New Black Panther Party’s voter intimidation case because he claims that :

“When you compare what people endured in the South in the ’60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia… I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people.”

The Attorney General is not supposed to have a “MY PEOPLE.  The Attorney General is supposed to enforce equal justice under the law.  She, just as I suspected she would be, is a carbon copy of outspoken racist Eric Holder.

Chuck Norris on Hillary Clinton

Chuck Norris Reveals 1 HUGE Piece of Hillary’s Past She Did NOT Want America to See.

Most people think that the two most important names in the Democratic race for the White House in 2016 are Obama and Clinton. However, the two names you should be paying attention to are Cloward and Piven.

Don’t know who they are? Don’t worry, most people don’t — but conservative commentator and generally kickass guy Chuck Norris is going to make sure they do.

New York City's mayor says boycott Chick-fil-A

Mayor Bill de Blasio and members of the New York City Council are calling for a city-wide boycott of Chick-fil-A – urging citizens to refrain from eating plump juicy chicken breasts tucked between hot buttered buns.

“I’m certainly not going to patronize them and I wouldn’t urge any other New Yorker to patronize them,” the mayor told DNAInfo.com.

Councilman Daniel Dromm was even more blunt – accusing the Southern restaurant chain of spreading a “message of hate.”

Chick-fil-A opened its first New York City restaurant in 2015 – followed by a second location in April. The mayor’s remarks came after it was announced a third restaurant would be opening in Queens – which happens to be the district represented by Councilman Dromm.

So why does the mayor and the city council have a problem with Chick-fil-A – the unofficial chicken of Jesus?

Well, Chick-fil-A is owned by a devoutly Christian family. Back in 2012 company president Dan Cathy ruffled feathers by telling a reporter that he believed marriage is between a man and a woman.

The Chick-fil-A culture and service tradition in our restaurants is to treat every person with honor, dignity and respect – regardless of their beliefs, race, creed, sexual orientation and gender,” a spokesperson told DNAInfo.

Chick-fil-A is not in the business of spreading hate. They are in the business of selling chicken and waffle fries and deliciously refreshing lemonade.

And they do not have a policy that prohibits same-sex love. That’s a blatant lie. Chick-fil-A could care less whether birds of a feather flock together or not.

Another item to consider: Chick-fil-A employs hundreds of New Yorkers – adding significant tax dollars to the city’s coffers.  And that doesn’t even include the cash donations they’ve made to a number of NYC charities.

But that doesn’t matter to people like Mayor de Blasio and Councilman Dromm. Full and complete compliance to the LGBT agenda is the only thing that matters – even if it means hundreds of New Yorkers lose their jobs.

Perhaps the mayor and the city council should mind their own business and let Chick-fil-A mind theirs.

I guess, if a reporter asks you a question about your religiousbeliefs, you better not answer if those beliefs differ from those of  Mayor de Blasio.  What an idiot this guy must be.  You cannot exersize your first admendment right to free speech unless you agree with him.

Chick Fil A has many profitable locations in NYC, and the surrounding areas. They employ many workers, earning real wages in this wasteland economy.  Chikk Fil A Pays business and property taxes and real rent.  It is a part of the PRODUCTIVE side of New York's fragile economy.

BUT, the mayor de Blasio tells people not to patronize their business ?
Why ? He's a democrat and an avowed, confirmed communist.

Makes me want to go have lunch at Chick Fil A…

RINO RYAN STILL NOT ON-BOARD.

House Speaker Paul Ryan says he cannot currently support Donald Trump, the presumptive nominee chosen by the Republican electorate.

“I’m just not ready to do that at this point.  I’m not there right now,” Ryan told CNN’s Jake Tapper on Thursday.  “This is the party of Lincoln, of Reagan, of Jack Kemp,” Ryan said.
“We don’t always nominate a Lincoln or a Reagan every four years, but we hope that our nominee aspires to be Lincoln and Reagan-esque and that that person advances the principles of our Party and appeals to a wide vast majority of Americans.”

READ MORE HERE:  http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/05/05/paul-ryan-architect-open-borders-says-wont-back-trump-hillary/

The Trump campaign was stunned by Ryan's interview.  Earlier on Thursday, campaign sources said, advisers to the candidate had reached out to Ryan's office with an invitation: Would the speaker be able to meet with Trump for a one-on-one meeting to discuss the fall campaign and the party's agenda? The invitation was passed on to a staffer, and the campaign didn't hear back immediately from Ryan's office.

The next thing the Trump campaign knew, there was Ryan on national TV. What just happened, aides asked? They got in touch with Ryan's office. The invitation was off the table, the campaign sources said, who believe Ryan hadn't received word of the offer to meet personally with Trump by the time the speaker went on TV.

An aide to Ryan responded that there was no offer for a one-on-one meeting. There was chatter about a staff-level discussion, the person said, and a meeting between Trump and a large group of House Republicans. Both were being brokered by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), a prominent Trump backer. Ryan, the aide added, is happy to meet with Trump.

Trump responded to Ryan hours after the interview.

"I am not ready to support Speaker Ryan's agenda. Perhaps in the future, we can work together and come to an agreement about what is best for the American people," he said in a statement. "They have been treated so badly for so long that it is about time for politicians to put them first!"

Ryan is also preparing to roll out a separate governing agenda for the fall that his members can run on, a clear sign that he thinks the substance of the 2016 contest does not represent the party he has spent 20 years trying to build.

"The future of America is on the line. No one should support Hillary Clinton. Let's make that clear," Ryan told CNN. "To be the party and climb the final hill and win, we need a standard-bearer that can unify all conservatives and the wings of the party and then go to the country with an appealing agenda that's appealing to the Democrats.  We have work to do on the front.  The nominee has to lead in that effort."

So basically, it sounds like rino Ryan is telling Trump he must either shape up or ship out.   Perhaps it is Trump who should be saying that to Ryan.  Election year is not a good time to be replacing the Speaker, but I am in favor of doing just that.

The Ignorance and Arrogance of the GOP Establishment.

No, TRUMP Did not Destroy the GOP, but The Republican Establishment may have.

Donald Trump is now the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for President.  John Kasich has dropped out and Ted Cruz has suspended his campaign, which is political vernacular for “dropped out”.

Early in this election cycle, the establishment made the mistake of backing candidates such as Jeb Bush, Kasich, and Chris Christie.  If they had been paying attention to poll numbers, and to what Republican voters were saying, they would have known these choices were not acceptable with the voter base.

Somehow, the donors and elder politicians who run the party insisted on endorsing and donating to candidates who would not be accepted by the base.  When these candidates all eventually failed, it was too late for the party establishment to ensure the nomination of a compromise candidate they found acceptable, like Rubio.

Cruz became the establishment pick to stop Trump, but it was too little too late because Trump being nominated seemed to become more likely by the day. The problem for Cruz is that his best days were already behind him when the establishment jumped ship from Rubio to him.

I think it was a combination of both ignorance and arrogance on the part of the party leaders.  In my opinion, their only choice at this point is to suck it up and jump on the Trump bandwagon, give him their full support and try to get him elected.   To do anything else guarantees another ultra liberal Democrat in the White House for at least four more years, and likely eight.  That would most likely give birth to a new party and spell the end of the GOP.
