IF YOU LOVE AMERICA, SUPPORT AMERICA

Sadly, Sharia Law is becoming the law of the land in Europe.
In many of our cities here in the United States, the same thing is happening, with the help of some of our liberal judges.
I am glad to see that at least a few Patriotic Americans are beginning to push back.

Demonstrations against Islamic law led to arrests, tense confrontations and physical fights in some U.S. cities Saturday amid several rallies sponsored by ACT for America, which the Southern Poverty Law Center designates as an anti-Muslim hate group.

The rest of America needs to wake up before it’s too late.  Being anti-Sharia Law, does NOT make you anti-Muslim, it makes you anti-Islamic extremist.  Finally, there is a group of people who realize this. This group call themselves “ACT for America”.

ACT for America says that Sharia law — or Islamic law — is incompatible with Western democracy, and that the marches “are in support of basic human rights for all.”

The "March Against Sharia" was scheduled to take place in more than 20 cities, including New York, Dallas and Atlanta, and was projected to be ACT for America's largest protest against Islam.

The organization said this week it was canceling an event in Arkansas “when we became aware that the organizer is associated with white supremacist groups.”

“This is against all of our values,” ACT for America said in a statement Thursday. It said the Arkansas event may go forward anyway, but should not be considered sanctioned by the group.

The nationwide “March Against Sharia” first gained widespread attention when Ted Wheeler, the mayor of Portland, Oregon, moved to stop the local chapter from rallying. Wheeler's decision came after two men were fatally stabbed as they tried to protect two women — one of whom was wearing a headscarf — from an anti-Muslim tirade.

In some cities, the rallies were met by counter-demonstrators. Seven people were arrested during demonstrations at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, but no injuries were reported, the state patrol said.

In Seattle, police said officers deployed pepper spray to "break up a large fight" and arrested three near Occidental Park following the protests downtown.
In New York City, about 100 protesters and more than 200 counter-protesters traded words in downtown Manhattan as police officers stood between the groups. While they were speaking, counter-protesters were trying to drown them out using bullhorns and noise makers.

In front of the Trump building in downtown Chicago, about 30 protesters and President Donald Trump supporters shouted slogans and held signs reading "Ban Sharia" and "Sharia abuses women," according to the Associated Press. About twice as many counter-protesters gathered across the street.
At a rally on the steps of the Pennsylvania state capitol in Harrisburg, the atmosphere was tense, according to Reuters.

Barricades and a heavy police presence, including officers mounted on horses, separated about 60 anti-Sharia demonstrators from an equal number of counter-protesters, most of them in black masks and hoods, Reuters reported. Nearly a dozen men carrying side-arms belonging to the anti-government Oath Keepers were on hand, invited by ACT to provide security.

ACT for America, which has over 525,000 members and has boasted of its close ties to President Donald Trump, is organizing the marches. It has been considered a hate group by Southern Poverty Law Center for several years.  I cannot understand how opposing a Foreign Law which goes against our Constitution, our existing Laws, and our fundamental beliefs makes them a hate group.

In my opinion, they are a patriotic America loving group which is only trying to prevent the Islamic extremists from converting America into an Islamic state. And if you think that could never happen, then you obviously are unaware of what is happening in Europe.

Below is a link to the “Act for America” web site.  If you love your Country, you should at the very least become familiar with this group, and if possible, support them…  http://www.actforamerica.org/rally

A BIG NOTHING BURGER

Democrats are heartbroken because their false charges of President Trump’s collusion with Russia have been proven to be all a bunch of LIES.
Former F.B.I. Director James Comey testified for three hours before the Senate Intelligence Committee Thursday.  Democrats had hopes that Comey would blow the lid off the Russian-Trump collusion investigation and charge President Trump with obstructing justice to boot.

Instead Comey’s testimony proved that all the charges Democrats have been making against the President are nothing but a big nothing burger as MOST (not all) Republicans have been saying all along.

When being questioned by Committee Chairmen Richard Burr whether the Obama administration’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s secret meeting (even the Secret Service agents assigned to each were told to leave) with Bill Clinton had any affect on his handling of Hillary’s email probe he answered that it forced him to act in a manner necessary to protect the credibility of the investigation, the Department of Justice, and the F.B.I.   He also said that Lynch with ordering him to call the email investigation an “email matter” instead so as to provide Clinton with some wiggle room on the campaign trail.

Comey was concerned because he became convinced that it was tainting the public’s perception of the independence of the investigation and, with it, the Justice Department.  He decided to make the bureau’s findings about Clinton public.

Comey also admitted to leaking the content of a memo, through an intermediary, to the New York Times.  Trump’s lawyer Marc Kasowitz will file a complaint with the DOJ's Inspector General and the Senate Judiciary Committee about the leak.

Comey told the Senate "I didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked a friend to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel."
James Comey - began his statement by attacking the President on the reasons he was fired as the Director of the FBI. Comey also said, President Trump did not ask him to stop the Russian investigation. Comey said, "I could be wrong" at least six times while under oath.

Comey said, "Trump "pressured" him to lift the cloud that was hanging over his Administration, as the result of the collusion investigation.  A cloud formed by the mainstream media that relentlessly - day after day for the past eleven months - led their television news shows insinuating our President was "the subject" of this Russian collusion investigation.

The Democrats and mainstream news media have purposely, turned this investigation into a never-ending albatross around the neck of the Trump Administration even though President Trump was not the subject of the Russian collusion investigation. All Trump was asking for him to do was clarify the truth. The truth was all that was needed to “lift the cloud”.

The American public was being bombarded daily under the impression that the investigation was centered on Trump.   Clearly, Comey should have come forward and clarified the false rumors and innuendo.

By not clarifying the truth - Comey contributed to the continuing lies and innuendo. Our President deserves not to be unjustly persecuted. He deserved to have someone come forward to clarify the truth.

I just hope the same amount of thoroughness, intensity, and force will be used to investigate the spying, surveillance, and unmasking of American citizens.

The Paris Climate Change Scam.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
THE OCEANS ARE RISING, THE OCEANS ARE RISING.
Earlier today, I watched the White House Press briefing, and the press was giving the new EPA director a hard time about the President pulling the United States out of the Paris Climate Scam.  I am SO glad that our President pulled us out of the Paris climate scam.

We NEVER should have been in it in the first place. It is a “TREATY” and the United States CANNOT enter into a treaty without Congressional approval. Obama put us into it illegally by insisting it’s not a treaty. A treaty by any other name is still a treaty.

But even more important, this “climate treaty” if effect has nothing to do with climate, it’s all about a massive redistribution of United States wealth to other countries. Its real purpose is primarily about other countries gaining a financial advantage over the United States.

Trump said he would also end the United States' participation in the United Nations' Green Climate Fund, which he said lacks affirmative obligations.

One of the reporters at the briefing was trying to make a case about the seriousness of climate change.  His big argument was the rising ocean levels, and he challenged the EPD director to tell him what was causing the sea level to rise if not climate change.  I was VERY disappointed when he was unable to give an answer.

There are SO many things causing the sea level to rise that he could have spent an hour explaining it.  Sadly, I am beginning to think the EPA director does not know about ANY of these reasons.

The erosion of soil and rock is one reason.  Some of that erosion is caused by wind and some by water.  When blowing dust and sand lands in water, it stays in water.  Erosion by water is more visible.  For example, just recently, on May 20th there was a huge land slide in slide in Big Sur created a bulge of land the size of 10 football fields.   It was caused by a series of winter storms, and more than 1 million tons of rock and earth slipped down a saturated slope in the Mud Creek area.  It actually added 13 acres to the California coastline.  Erosion has been happening since the beginning of time.  Have you ever seen the Grand Canyon?  Have you ever wondered where all that rock and dirt went?   The surf and tide has always been eroding coastlines all over the earth.

Along with wind erosion, water erosion, there are MANY other reasons the ocean level is rising.  Lava flowing into the ocean, There’s a lave flow in Hawaii that has been flowing nonstop for years.   There is also lava flowing out of underwater volcanoes which we cannot see, and in most cases are unaware of.  These underwater lave flows sometimes actually form new islands.

Last but not least is space dust. Yes, space dust. Look it up if you don’t believe me.  Thousands of tons of dust from outer space fall to earth every year. You know those statues on Easter Island that we always thought were just heads.  Well, they are NOT just heads, they all have bodies.  Huge  Bodies.  Those statues did not sink into the ground.  The ground level rose, probably mostly from space dust.  Think about this.  Two thirds of the earth is covered by water, so that means that two thirds of the space dust fell into the ocean, contributing to the rising of the sea levels.

Rising sea levels is a problem.  I get that, but it’s not a new problem.  It has been happening since the begging of time.  We cannot stop it, but we can slow it down.  Not by combating Climate Change, but by doing everything we can to decrease the rate of soil erosion.  I am getting so sick of global warming alarmists blaming climate change on the rising sea level.

Humans are causing a lot of unnecessary pollution, which is causing serious damage to our planet, but humans are not causing climate change...

Senator Tom Coburn Wants to Admend the Constitution.

Former Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn says that millennials will be hardest hit by an out of control federal government, and explains why they must embrace the responsibility of taking back the government for themselves.
Self-interested politicians, more concerned about their grip on power than doing what's right for the nation, have created a federal government that is systematically destroying personal liberty and prosperity, Coburn says. Regulations written by unelected bureaucrats, out of control spending that shows no sign of abating, and incumbent career politicians who effectively face no opposition in their reelection efforts: Millennials stand to be the generation hardest hit. That's the argument advanced by former Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.), and it's why he now advocates for an Amendments Convention to be convened as described in Article V of the United States Constitution.

In fact, he has written a book about it, due out May 30, called, Smashing the DC Monopoly: Using Article V to Restore Freedom and Stop Runaway Government.
Coburn explained why he believes millennials are going to need an Article V Convention the most:
Here’s the financial consequences of inaction. I saw an explanation on the web of what a trillion dollars is. If you make 40,000 per year, you have to work 25 years to make a million dollars. You have 25,000 years to make a billion. You have to work 25 million years to make a trillion dollars. That’s how you can get some appreciation for what a billion and a trillion is.
Sixty-four percent of milliennials don’t trust Washington, but fifty-six percent of them want more government. Millennials are not looking forward and seeing that they’re not gonna have any money. They have to be educated. They have to read this book. They have to understand how big the problems are.

Coburn laments the attitude of lawmakers in Washington who refuse to make difficult decisions to fix what's broken in our federal government, regardless of who's in charge:
Ask yourself this question: We’re going to run maybe a $400-$500 billion deficit this year, maybe $500-600 billion next year. You hear anybody talking about fixing that? You see anything in the news? Where is the effort to fix it? We have $20 trillion worth of debt. We can continue, because we’re a reserve currency, to print money. But it only works if people continue to buy our bonds. The way we’ve gotten out of it the last eight years is that the federal reserve has bought our bonds. So all they did is create fake money. Now if that doesn’t get resolved, what that implies, if it’s $4 trillion, out of a $20 trillion economy, that means the value of your money is going to decline by 20%. So what they’re doing is, the way they’re handling our debt, is decreasing the value of our money, which decreases the value of our retirement savings, everything we’ve ever worked for. It decreases the value of everything except hard assets. So if we all owned gold, and we all owned a home, we’d all be ok. But we don’t get paid in gold. We get paid in dollars that decline in value every single day.

Explaining exactly what this means for the generation that's going to have to pay back all this debt, Coburn paints a bleak picture:
It effects everybody from the upper-middle incomes on down. They say the upper-middle family income declined $8000. They went from $78,000 to $70,000. The median family income went from $64,000 to $52,000. This is going to hurt everybody who isn’t in the top 10% in our country. And it’s really going to hurt the people who are dependent and are struggling today. It’s just going to make them poorer. The moral question is, is it ok to steal the future and the standard of living for all the millennials, and their kids and grandkids, because we don’t have members of Congress that have the spine to stand up and make the hard choices? Is that morally ethical? Is that right to do that?

The problem of an out of control federal government extends beyond party lines, and the solution is nonpartisan. Both parties are responsible for the expansion of governmental intrusion into our lives, and the limiting of personal liberty. Smashing the DC Monopoly sets out to explain how unbalanced the government has become, and how we can take back the power over the government to eliminate the dysfunction in D.C. The entire point, as Coburn explained, is to return local decision making to the states.
It's bipartisan. If you really want decision making returned to the state, you gotta be for this. What can we do? Can we actually return, and renew, and recapture, the intent of our Founders on individual rights, and states’ rights, and the balance of power between the three branches of government, which is now totally askew? That includes the balance of power between the states and the federal government.

Coburn believes the answer is yes, but firs, we must understand the root of the problem—the disease, as the doctor says, not just the symptoms.
The disease is we don’t have good representatives. Why don’t we? Because the incumbent has such an advantage that no one can defeat him. Plus we’ve gerrymandered all the districts to where if you’re a Republican, you’re locked, if you’re a Democrat, you’re locked, so there are very few districts up for competition.

President Trump was elected on a platform of draining the swamp, but Coburn believes that is impossible without drastic action to rein in the federal bureaucracy.
I think he’s done more than any president in my lifetime in terms of turning things around with Executive Orders. So I think they’ve done a lot. But you can’t drain the swamp. It’s not drainable. In 2010 the Republicans took back the House from the Democrats. Then in 2014 they took over the Senate. Then in 2016 we got the White House. Tell me what’s changed? Here’s the problem. You have to put muzzles on the alligators. You can’t drain the swamp, but you can catch them and put a muzzle on them with a balanced budget amendment, with a big change to the commerce clause, with limiting terms. If you do all those things, we’ll actually cure the disease, instead of just treating the symptoms. You’re never going to change the Senate. I used to have this debate with Jim DeMint all the time. He thinks you could eventually get 60 Jim DeMints and Tom Coburns. You can’t! You have to limit the damage from the people who are not Jim DeMint or Tom Coburn with a return to our Constitution via Article V.

Coburn believes the answer is yes, but first, we must understand the root of the problem—the disease, as the doctor says, not just the symptoms.

Coburn is a smart man, and his ideas are good in theory, but I remain skeptical that a convention called for and run by career, partisan politicians currently occupying state legislatures will change anything.  If a Convention is called, who does Coburn think will appear and demand to "represent" the governed at such an event?  "I have experience and expertise.  I and my party should represent the people in this momentous event" will be the argument.  It will be the career politicians, party apparatchiks and lifetime bureaucrats/judges who have caused this mess in the first place at the table to ensure their gravy train and power is not interrupted.

Don't get me wrong, the governed SHOULD be calling for sweeping change, but the majority of Americans no longer even vote when it matters.  In primaries, where the brain trust we choose among in November are elected, only 17% of the eligible electorate casts a vote.  In the last Presidential election, I read that only 54% of the eligible electorate voted.  In the last mid-term election -- when members of Congress are elected -- only 36% of the eligible electorate votes.  In my view, it is unrealistic to think that Americans who are too lazy to even vote will support much less actually participate in a convention.

Americans interested in change should NOT be looking to amend the Constitution, but to the complete “draining of the swamp” at both the State and Federal levels.  Needless to say, in order to accomplish such an undertaking, we MUST first have term limits…
