Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, a leading voice on trade, immigration and executive powers, is urging Americans to choose their next president carefully because 2016 "is the last chance for the American people to take back control of their government."
In a sober interview with Secrets, the Republican warned that liberal special interests, Wall Street moguls, and international media conglomerates are fast turning the United States into just another member of the European Union and that the effort is being led by a Democratic president eager to go his own way with executive orders.

"This election is different because we have pell mell erosion of law, the constitutional order, where President Obama has pushed an agenda that eviscerates the immigration legal system, and pushed this trade agreement that will commence decades of transferring American economic power to an ever-expanding international commission. It's just not going to stop" unless voters take action, he warned.

"This is the way the European Union began," he added.

Highlighting immigration and trade, Sessions urged voters to choose a candidate who will commit to killing the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal with nearly a dozen Asian nations which is slated to cost 448,000 U.S. jobs, and finally make good on 30 years of promises to put an end to illegal immigration, which is costing the nation billions in welfare and undermining U.S. wages.

"This election will be the last chance for Americans to get control of their government," said Sessions, repeatedly making that point. "I think this election is the big one. To win, Republicans need to demonstrate that they care about the average person who goes to work every day," he added.

The whole country is going to hell.   Roads and bridges in the U.S. are falling apart, jobs are scarce and the U.S. border is wide open.   We’re letting anyone and everyone into the country.  No one even knows who the hell they are.   The United States, anymore, is just a dumping ground for everyone.

Most Muslims are NOT coming to America to become Americans.

When Your Neighbor’s Drone Pays an Unwelcome Visit

Not surprisingly, the law has not caught up to the technology.

In 2013, the Congressional Research Service, a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress that provides analysis to Congress, published a report, “Integration of Drones Into Domestic Airspace: Selected Legal Issues,” that warned of the various ways in which drones could be used for “stalking, harassment, voyeurism and wiretapping.”

But the report also noted that “determining whether a drone in flight is trespassing upon one’s property may be unusually challenging.”

Just think how easy it would be for a Terrorist to bring down an airliner with one of these.  I understand the ones being built now, at least the bigger ones, have a built in safe guard that won’t allow the motors to run when it is near an airport.   But ANY safeguard can hacked or overridden.

Is The Cruz a "Natural Born Citizen"?

Ted Cruz is gaining on Trump BIG TIME, and he seems to be the ONLY one who is.
So of course Trump has to play the eligibility card.  Ted grew up in Houston, and, his mother, who happened to be over the border in Canada when Ted was born, is a U.S citizen, herself born in Wilmington, Delaware, which, oh, sure, automatically makes Ted a U.S. citizen from birth. 

So I guess the question is, what exactly is a “Natural-born citizen”.  Well, I’m pretty sure Obama is not a natural born citizen.  In fact, he may not be an American citizen at all, but that’s ancient history.  What about Ted? 

I know, natural born citizen is really not defined in the Constitution, but if Ted Cruz is ineligible, then eight of the first nine U.S. presidents should have been ineligible to serve as well.  Since they were all born as British citizens in the British colonies, George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, et al., should have been constitutionally ineligible.

Even the big shot rinos running the GOP are questioning Ted’s eligibility.  Their motive is quite clear.  Ted Cruz, like Trump, does not fit the “rino mold” they want to win the nomination.

Perhaps the time has come to just accept that the definition of “natural born citizen” simply means “someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth with no need to go through a naturalization process”.
That works for me!

My Main Problem With Donald Trump

The main thing I have against Donald Trump is that he supports the stupid ethanol mandate.
Some mainstream environmentalists are opposing ethanol, supposedly the greenest biofuel?
  As it turns out, corn ethanol isn’t all that green.

• Corn ethanol is at best a marginal gain in energy over the energy required to produce it.
• Corn ethanol has less than a 20% greenhouse gas advantage over conventional hydrocarbon fuels. (As the article documents, the EPA had to cook the books with unreasonably high crop yield estimates and unreasonably low corn prices to make the greenhouse numbers work.)
• Nitrogen fertilizer runoff pollutes drinking water supplies to potentially hazardous levels in cities like Des Moines, IA.
• Fertilizer runoff causes an annual dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico due to oxygen-depleting algae blooms; this year’s dead zone covered 6,500 square miles, an area the size of Connecticut.
• High corn prices and ethanol demand have driven the cultivation of marginal crop land — land which is not well-suited to corn production — which means low crop yields and high levels of erosion.

Arguments put forward to support ethanol is BUNK.

The ethanol programs may have originated for the best of intentions. However, the assumptions underlying those intentions are questionable, at best.  The idea that adding ethanol to gasoline will reduce carbon dioxide emissions and dangers of catastrophic climate change is bunk.  Many studies have found that ethanol in car and truck fuels actually increases airborne ozone levels.  How much fossil fuel do you think they have to burn to convert corn oil into ethanol?  

Everyone hates ethanol except the corn growers.  People are paying extra to buy gasoline without it.  It will ruin the engine in older model cars.  Boats, lawn mowers and lawn and garden tractors, and many other gasoline powered equipment will not even run on it.

So why do we still produce ethanol?  Very simple; the corn growers are a very large block of voters, so politicians want to keep them happy.  There is a way to have your cake and eat it too.  The solution is to discontinue ethanol and use all that corn oil to produce bio-diesel fuel.

Ethanol is very expensive to produce.  It’s like making corn whiskey.  First there is the fermentation process which produces alcohol.  Them comes the distilling process, which requires a lot of heat.

Bio-diesel on the other hand is very simple and inexpensive to produce.  You simply blend the corn oil with diesel fuel, no fermentation or distilling required.  And, unlike ethanol, diesel engines actually run better and cleaner on bio-diesel.

Willy Nelson tried to point this out years ago, but the environmental wackos thought they knew best, so we just keep paying extra to get gas without the engine damaging ethanol.

How to get rid of raccoons (political viewpoint)

I received this in an email today. 

It is an interesting analogy and it may be right on.

You've been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons.  Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement.  You want them gone immediately so you hire a guy.  A pro.  

You don't care if the guy smells, you need those raccoons gone pronto and he's the guy to do it!  You don't care if the guy swears, you don't care if he's an alcoholic, you don't care how many times he's been married, you don't care if he voted for Obama, you don't care if he has plumber's crack...you simply want those raccoons gone!   You want your problem fixed!   He's the guy.   He's the best.  Period.

That's why Trump is popular.  Yes he's a bit of an ass, yes he's an egomaniac, but you don't care.  The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republican Party is two-faced, gutless, and run by rinos, illegals are everywhere.  You want it all fixed!  You don't care that Trump is crude, you don't care that he insults people, you don't care that he had been friendly with Hillary, you don't care that he has changed positions, you don't care that he's been married 3 times, you don't care that he fights with Megyn Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell, you don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist,...this country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo and Hamid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don’t even recognize the country we were born and raised in; “AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED” and Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want. 

You're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, Rino infested Republican Party, and sick of illegals.  You just want this thing fixed.  Trump may not be a saint, but doesn’t have lobbyist money holding him, he doesn’t have political correctness restraining him, all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he's also not a politician,  he's not a cowardly politician.  And he says he'll fix it.  You don't care if the guy has bad hair.

Establishment Republicans Would Rather Lose Than See Conservatism Dominate the Republican Party.

The Republican Party would much rather do themselves in during this election, than let conservatives take over the party and reform it. They are willing to lose if they can clean out their base and regain control.

Nikki Haley’s shameful SOTU response was a confirmation of all that. She did not attack Obama; she attacked Trump and Cruz as outsiders to the Republican establishment.  She called them the ‘angriest voices.’  Trust me honey, you haven’t heard real anger yet.

Haley was hand picked by Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell.  She was a mouthpiece and a tool of the establishment in her response and it couldn’t be more clear… they don’t want, nor do they accept Trump and/or Cruz.  They are belligerently tone deaf to the overwhelming desires and opinions of conservative Americans.  They think their voter base is too stupid to know what is good for them and they are going to do things their way regardless of what the majority wants.

A new survey shows a sizable number of Democrats ready to defect from Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump.

The first Rasmussen Reports Trump Change national telephone survey of the new year finds that 74% of Likely Republican Voters think the billionaire businessman is likely to be their nominee in 2016, with 31% who say it is Very Likely.   Just 23% disagree, and that includes only 11% who say it is Not At All Likely.  (To see survey question wording, click here.) 

Among all likely voters, 61% now say Trump is likely to be the official Republican presidential candidate, with 24% who think it is Very Likely. 

Overall belief among GOP voters that Trump will be the eventual nominee hit a high of 74% in late October after running in the 50s for most weeks since Rasmussen Reports began the weekly Trump Change feature in mid-August.   Following the terrorist attacks in Paris in November, this belief climbed into the 60s. 

The good news is; there are quite a few stupid, lame brain, left wing commie extremist celebrities, who have promised they would leave the country if Trump becomes President.  If I thought they would actually keep that promise, that alone would be enough reason to vote for Trump…   


The bad news is; Trump remains tied with Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton in a hypothetical 2016 matchup.

Obama Executive Order May Require Those Selling Even a Single Firearm to Become Licensed Dealers

Obama plans to expand the definition of a licensed gun dealer to include anyone who sells firearms at gun shows and online.   He argues the move will close a purported “legal loophole” that lets gun buyers bypass background checks by purchasing firearms through trusts and corporations.

• Legal barriers will be removed so states can share information on Americans disqualified from gun ownership due to mental health reasons.
• The FBI will hire more than 230 new examiners to process background checks 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Obama plans to ask Congress to authorize $500 million to fund increased access to mental health care.

Obama is lying when he insists his actions are within his legal authority and supported by “the overwhelming majority of the American people, including gun owners.”
But if Obama acts without Congress’ approval to expand background checks to person-to-person gun transfers among fellow gun enthusiasts, he will in effect be laying the foundation for a national gun registry, critics say. And they’re preparing to push back hard against any such measures.

4.  Gun Control:   Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government."  That way you are able to create a Police State - total local control.  ALMOST THERE!!!

5. Welfare:  Take control of every aspect of their lives. (Food, Livestock, Housing, and Income).  DONE!!!

6.  Education:   Take control of what People read & listen to, and take control of what Children learn in School. Dumb down the population. Allow them to only memorize and recite. Don't let them think on their own.   ALMOST THERE!!!

7.  Religion:  Remove faith in God from the Government and School.   ALMOST THERE!!!

8.  Class Warfare:   Divide the People into the Wealthy against the Poor.  Racially divide."  This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to Tax the Wealthy with full support of the voting Poor.  DONE!!!

Militia takes over Malheur National Wildlife Refuge headquarters

Armed anti-government protesters have taken over a building in a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon, accusing officials of unfairly punishing ranchers who refused to sell their land.

Among the occupiers is Ammon Bundy, son of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, and two of his brothers. Militia members at the refuge claimed they had as many as 100 supporters with them. The refuge, federal property managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, was closed and unoccupied for the holiday weekend.

In phone interviews from inside the occupied building Saturday night, Ammon Bundy and his brother, Ryan Bundy, said they are not looking to hurt anyone. But they would not rule out violence if police tried to remove them, they said.

"The facility has been the tool to do all the tyranny that has been placed upon the Hammonds," Ammon Bundy said.

"We're planning on staying here for years, absolutely," he added. "This is not a decision we've made at the last minute."
