There will be more shootings on military bases..

The DC shooter had two gun arrests, including one where he fired a bullet into his neighbor’s apartment and didn’t even bother to check on her.  He suffered from delusional paranoia, heard voices, and had a security clearance and a concealed carry license.  And the Navy let him slip through security yesterday carrying a shotgun.
AND DEMOCRATS STILL THINK IT’S A GUN PROBLEM.

Among President Clinton’s first acts upon taking office in 1993 was to disarm U.S. soldiers on military bases.  In March 1993, the Army imposed regulations on military personnel forbidding them from carrying their personal firearms and making it almost impossible for commanders to issue firearms to soldiers in the U.S. for personal protection.  In other words, he made military bases “gun free zones”, just like schools, movie theaters, and a lot of shopping malls.
Perhaps we should start referring to the military as "The Disarmed Forces".

Here’s an interesting little bit of information I just learned:   The parents of a Marine at the DC barracks described. “My son was at the Marine barracks – at the Navy Yard . . . and they had weapons” . . . wait for it . . . “but they didn’t have ammunition.”
And,  the Marine went on to tell his parent that three people had been shot at the time and they could have prevented the rest from being killed if only they had bullets.

Here's a new related article:
