Everyone who has been reading
my blog for very long knows I think the “HATE CRIME” law is not only not necessary, but also ridiculous.
A crime is a crime regardless of the motive. Assault is assault, murder is murder, and
robbery is robbery. Additional charges
or stiffer sustenance’s for motive is punishment for a person’s thoughts. Thoughts are not illegal. Acting upon those thoughts may be illegal and
that is what needs to be punished.
So basically, it is up to the “thought police” to determine what
is and what is not a “hate crime”. I
knew when this ridiculous law was passed that it would never be enforced evenly
and fairly.
I recommend you read the following article by Allen West. You remember Mr. West don’t you? He’s one of those black men that all
Democrats hate because he sees them for what they are. The title of the article is “Why wasn’t this
classified a “hate crime?”
