42 Democrats Have Signed On To Repeal the First Amendment

Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) again criticized Democrats for attacking the First Amendment Tuesday on The Kelly File, saying “42 Democrats have signed on to repeal” the right to free speech.
“That is contrary to the most fundamental protections our democracy’s built on,” he said.
