The Time Is Now: Impeach Barack Obama

Let’s spell it out for you, clearly:

■Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution gives the President authority to appoint senior federal officials if the Senate is in recess. Thereby, a U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington has ruled unanimously that Barack Obama’s three appointments to the National Labor Relations Board in January 2012 were unconstitutional. U.S. Circuit Judge David Sentelle wrote, “Considering the text, history and structure of the Constitution, these appointments were invalid from their inception.”

■Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, yet Barack Obama authorized the use of military force in Libya without Congressional approval.

■Barack Obama violated Habeas Corpus by signing into law the National Defense Authorization Act, which allows the government to detain United States citizens without a trial.

■Barack Obama ordered three Americans killed via missile strike, none of which had been convicted of a crime.

■Barack Obama has consistently refused to allow States to enforce immigration law.

■Barack Obama ignored the WARN Act just before the election, telling companies he would reimburse them for their trouble if they would hold off on issuing pink slips until after Election Day.

■Barack Obama refused to prosecute New Black Panther Party members who disenfranchised voters in Pennsylvania.

■Barack Obama oversaw the huge Fast and Furious Operation and subsequent cover-up, an illegal operation meant to gain support for gun control that led to the deaths of several Americans.

■Barack Obama stood idly by while our Libyan ambassador and three other brave Americans were killed in Benghazi. He didn’t want to act before voters went to the polls; so he let our countrymen die. 

There is no debate; Barack Hussein Obama is bad for America. His actions are reckless and illegal, and he has continually assaulted our Constitution.  And, I am still not convinced he is a "natural born Citizen".  We know that birth certificate is a fake.

Our Declaration of Independence is the document our Founders created when they decided to throw off the chains of England and become a free country. But America today is not free. Our President sits at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue making a mockery of our country and our Constitution on a daily basis. He is abusing his office. 

Obama is nationalizing healthcare (which is going to bankrupt us in many ways), elections (which will further weaken conservatives), illegal immigration (which will crush our economy, our culture and our integrity as a nation) and he is attacking our Bill of Rights, amendment by amendment. 

Rep. Trey Radel said, “It is one of those times in our history, we are at this breaking point. “We have completely lost our checks and balances in this country, the Congress needs to hold the president accountable for the decisions that he’s making right now…all options should be on the table.” 

His reign of terror must end. Impeachment must be considered. Members of Congress must get serious and launch a full investigation into his actions, immediately.
