Prayer in Public Schools OK for Muslims, but not Christians.

Why do Muslims have rights and privileges that other religions in this country do not have?   Here are 5 Public Schools That Have Installed Muslim Prayer Rooms

1. Desert View High School in Tucson, Arizona, established a prayer room near its library for several Muslim students in 2014.

2. Muslims were allowed "prayer accommodations" in 2013 in the public schools of Dearborn, Michigan.

3. Christian teachers became upset when Muslim students began praying during class at Parkdale High School in Riverdale, Maryland. It was at time of required prayer.

4. At Carver Elementary School in San Diego, administrators allowed Muslims to go on a short break for prayer during one of the scheduled times in 2007. Parents protested the scheduled recess. Although all children were allowed to take breaks at that time, critics charged it was arranged to meet Muslim demands.

5. The city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada allows prayer rooms for Muslims in public schools, such as Sir Robert Borden High School.
OK, this one is not in the United States…

As was announced by the St. Cloud Minnesota School District, they are being politically correct by giving Muslim students access to “private rooms with prayer rugs for the five daily prayers.” In addition, “Districtwide, school lunch menus provide pork-free options for students, and staff members try to spur the newcomer students’ interest in sports, culture clubs, and other extracurricular activities to develop connections beyond the classroom.”
While the school district is doing everything possible to accommodate Muslims, Christian students are silenced and told to not express their faith.

The latest battleground over religious accommodation and sharia creep is the San Diego public school system. The San Diego Union Tribune reports on a Muslim prayer controversy that has parents and at least one teacher questioning the double standards:   http://michellemalkin.com/2007/07/03/hot-topic-muslim-prayer-in-public-schools/

Carver Elementary school in San Diego is possibly going to allow Muslim students to pray in school.
Would someone please explain to me why the ACLU, who has fought all-things Christian for decades, is not only okay with this but is calling everyone who doesn’t agree ‘intolerant’?

If Christians students are not allowed to pray in school nevertheless they should not be forced to learn any other prayer, especially Islamic ones. This is crazy!
In Revere, Massachusetts, students at public schools are not only being forced to learn about the principles and core tenets of the religion of Islam, but they are also being forced to learn the Islam conversion prayer.

There are now millions of American Muslims.
Within the next 20 years, Islam will become the second largest religion, after Christianity in the United States.  Worldwide, there are over one billion Muslims.  Many American educators are finding it necessary to overcome the common lack of familiarity with Islam as growing Muslim communities across the nation express their needs and make their contributions in the public school environment.   http://www.angelfire.com/ca/IslamicInfo/MuslimRights.html

My response:  Muslims are not required to attend Public Schools…There are Many non-public schools in this country which have prayer.  Muslims can set up their own church funded schools, and pray all they wish, just like all the other religions in this country.   Why do Muslims have to be given privileges and rights that other religions in this country do not have?
