Just when you think you’ve heard it all,
along comes a kooky federal judge talking about legalizing rape.
Judge Richard Posner, a federal judge with
the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, indicated that perhaps it’s time the
government begin issuing “rape licenses” (I kid you not) since, and based upon
an exclusively utilitarian and morally relative cost-benefit analysis, the
“right to rape,” for some men at least, “exceeds the victim’s physical and
emotional pain.”
I have posted warnings in the
past, and this is just one more example of how Sharia Law is creeping into our society
and into our courts. It is all about
accommodating Sharia in a Muslim society, where rape is accepted.
If you look at how Europe
is transitioning to right now, you will see where we are going if we continue
to pursue "non-judgmental" and "culturally sensitive"
values.
