Does Obama plan to bring non-U.S. citizens infected with Ebola to the US?

Lawmaker claims plans may be in pipeline to bring non-citizens to US for Ebola treatment

The Ebola virus has killed thousands in West Africa, yet Barack Obama refuses to put in place a travel ban restricting entry into the United States of anyone who has been in one of the countries afflicted with the horrific disease.

He is also using the power of the White House to force states that implemented mandatory quarantine for those entering from Ebola stricken countries to cease their quarantine.  Many questioned his decision to send thousands of troops to West Africa to fight the disease, but this latest report is even more troubling and could be even more detrimental to the lives and health of Americans.

Republican Rep. Bob Goodlatte claims the Obama administration is exploring plans to bring non-U.S. citizens infected with Ebola to the United States for treatment.

Why would Obama do that?  What would be his motive?
