The Supreme Court and ObamaCare

Right after the Supreme decision on ObamaCare was made public, I posted this blog.  http://cyberpolyticks.blogspot.com/2012/07/dumb-like-fox.html

The penalties Americans will be required to pay under Obamacare for going without health insurance were declared constitutional in a U.S. Supreme Court decision that hinged on Chief Justice John Roberts’ assertion that the assessments are taxes.

However, there is a fly in the ointment and I believe ole “dumb like a fox Roberts” did this intentionally.   The Constitution requires all tax bills to begin in the House.  The ObamaCare bill began in the Senate.  In fact the House never did approve it.

Because the mandate penalties are a 'tax', for this law to be legal, it must begin all over from scratch, in the House.
