TOLERANCE ISN’T ENOUGH

Speaking before the press (above link), Obama said, in part, “The LGBT community deserves full equality, not just partial equality; not just tolerance, but a recognition that they are fully a part of the American family.”

Excuse me Mr. President: To be tolerant with homosexuality is one thing, to celebrate it is quite another.  As I recall, thirteen months ago, you were merely tolerant of homosexuals.  Now you seem to be lavishing them with praise and congratulations. 

I’m sorry; I fail to understand why advertising ones sexual preference makes him a national hero.
