UPDATE ON OBAMA’S PLAN TO TAKEOVER THE INTERNET

FCC Commissioner Drops Bombshell about What Obama Is About to BAN [VIDEO]

President Barack Obama’s overreach into a matter best left to FCC commissioners has taken a new turn for the worse — and it will affect millions around the United States.
One of five FCC commissioners, Ajit Pai, recently announced how the president has gone above and beyond his duty — not in a good way — and essentially demanded that the FCC follow his guidelines in the push for “net neutrality,” which will significantly alter the Internet as we’ve come to know it.

But perhaps the most alarming measure in the 332-page FCC plan to regulate the Internet is the fact that they’re actually going to ban many forms of streaming music capabilities on smartphones.

Pai, an FCC commissioner appointed by Obama who is nonetheless adamantly against his plans, was asked what he felt one of the worst aspects of the plan was. He pointed out the potential ban on streaming music.

“Most perniciously, when you think about it, the FCC for the first time is going to start second-guessing even what kind of service plan you have,” he explained.

“And it explicitly mentions, for example, ‘T-Mobile Music Freedom,’ which allows you to stream music onto your mobile device without it counting against your data cap. The FCC explicitly tees that up as a practice it might end up outlawing,” Pai said.
“If you like your service plan, you should be able to keep your service plan,” Pai added. “And the FCC shouldn’t be able to take it away from you.” Sound familiar?

Net neutrality, as proposed by Obama, would change the landscape of many aspects of the Internet. It would mean slower broadband speeds and potentially billions in new taxes designed to create a sort of “equal opportunity” landscape for online merchants.
While that sounds nice in theory, it’s absolutely not the role of the federal government to bring it about.

If Obama does get net neutrality in place and streaming music is banned or severely cut back, perhaps even his own liberal flock of sheep — the ones who walk the streets with earbuds listening to music all day long without a care in the world — will finally open their eyes to what the president’s policies are doing to this country.
