HOW TO GET AWAY WITH CRIME IN AMERICA.

How do you succeed at a life of crime in America?

Very simple, you first become a Democrat.   Democrats can get away with anything because they will always have the full support of the entire Democrat party and the news media, no matter what they may do.

Take for example the lifelong crime spree of Bill and Hillary Clinton.  To refresh your memory, please read my recent post  HERE. 
 
Oh sure Mr. Bill was impeached for lying to congress while under oath, but nothing happened to him.  He was not removed from his office as President.  He did not loose his lifetime Presidential pension.

Now consider the case of President Richard Nixon.   His big mistake was thinking that Republicans could get away with things that Democrats do all the time.  For those of you too young to remember, here is the true story of his downfall.

Contrary to what Democrats would have you believe, Nixon was actually one of our greatest modern day Presidents.  His accomplishments while in office included revenue sharing, the end of the draft, new anti-crime laws, and a broad environmental program.  As he had promised, he appointed Justices of conservative philosophy to the Supreme Court.  One of the most dramatic events of his first term occurred in 1969, when American astronauts made the first moon landing.

Some of his most acclaimed achievements came in his quest for world stability.  During visits in 1972 to Beijing and Moscow, he reduced tensions with China and the U.S.S.R.   His summit meetings with Russian leader Brezhnev produced a treaty to limit strategic nuclear weapons.  In January 1973, he announced an accord with North Viet Nam to end American involvement in Indochina.  You can learn more about President Nixon HERE.


In his 1972 bid for office, Nixon defeated Democratic candidate George McGovern by one of the widest margins on record.  However, a few months after his re-election, he learned, and the whole world learned, that during the campaign for re-election, a group of his supporters had broken into the Democratic campaign headquarters and placed a wiretap on their telephone.
 
There was of course a congressional investigation into the matter President Nixon, not wanting to throw is friends and supporters under the bus, lied to Congress and tried divert the investigation.  That lie was his downfall, even though Nixon had no personal involvement or any knowledge of the incident until after the fact.

It was common knowledge that President Nixon had recorders on his telephones in the White House and the courts forced him to turn over tape recordings which indicated that he had, in fact, tried to divert the investigation.
 
Because Republicans are held to a much higher standard than Democrats, Nixon had no support from either party after being caught in this lie.  He chose to resign rather than go through the embarrassment of impeachment proceedings.

Bill Clinton on the other hand, had full support of the Democratic Party after being caught in a lie.  The big difference is Clinton was lying to cover up his own misdeeds and Nixon lied to cover up for some of his supporters’ misdeeds.

I won’t even get into the lies and criminal activities of President Obama because that would require an entire book.  His lies are of course ongoing and will never end, as are Hillary Clinton’s.

Hillary constantly lied during both the investigation into her email scandal, and the Benghazi hearings.  She even had the audacity to openly laugh during a Congressional hearing and say that Ambassador Chris Stevens was “joking” when he frantically asked for more security.  
                     
Then, the committee found emails showing that on the night of September 11, 2012, just hours after the attack, Hillary mentioned to family members that it was an al-Qaeda-like attack.  Yet she still perpetuated the lie that it was caused by a YouTube video.

She dug herself an even deeper hole.  The media can call her victorious all they want.  She did some serious damage to her campaign during that hearing.
But who is going to prosecute her?  NOBODY; because she will always have the full support of the Democrats and the leftist news media, no matter what she says or what crimes she commits.

The day after Hillary’s testimony, the Department of Justice announced that it was closing the investigation into Lois Lerner deliberately targeting Conservative groups.  Despite all the evidence of her hatred of Conservatives and the fact that her hard drives were mysteriously destroyed, the DOJ is going to let her off.

The case is closed.  Lois Lerner will get ZERO jail time and will continue to receive a six-figure government pension.  She stole the election by making it impossible for Obama’s opponents to organize. Now she is completely free.  The Obama administration protects its own.

The case against Lois Lerner was clear.  Like Mrs. Clinton, she did her best to hide her emails from the public.  But in the end, documents were revealed showing Lerner’s pure contempt for Conservatives.

If she had been a Republican targeting Republicans, it would have been an open and closed case.  Ms. Lerner abused her power at the IRS to deny Conservative non-profit applications in order to affect election results.  But as we expected, the Obama administration just let her off.

We know for a fact that Hillary Clinton lied about Benghazi.  While she was lying to the American people about how a “video” caused the attacks, she was emailing her closest family telling them that it was in fact a terrorist attack.

We know for a fact that Hillary Clinton and the State Department denied somewhere around 600 requests for additional security at the Benghazi.

We know for a fact that Hillary Clinton never signed a waiver for security arrangements on the Benghazi site, a clear violation of the Secure Embassy Construction and Counterterrorism Act of 1999, 22 USC § 4865 2(B)(ii).

We know for a fact that Hillary Clinton committed perjury and lied under oath when she claimed she handed over all government record. She didn’t.

We know for a fact that she violated the Espionage Act, 18 USC § 793(a), by showing gross negligence in leaving classified documents vulnerable to foreign intelligence services.

The moral to the story is; if you’re going to break the law or lie under oath, first make sure you register as a Democrat.  You will then have the Democratic Party and the media covering for you and protecting you.
