There are Two Major Forces at work to Destroy the World

Currently there are two major forces at work to destroy the world as we know it.  They are Islam and Climate Change Alarmist. 
Of course they claim, and many of them actually believe, that their motive is to “save the world”.  But world savers are anything but.  They always have an unspoken motive.
H.L. Mencken saw the self-appointed saviors for what they were almost a century ago, when he said the "whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by bombarding us with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of of which are imaginary."

The most persistent hobgoblin of the last quarter-century has been global warming, now called climate change but eventually to be known by some other scary name such as extreme weather.

The climate change activists are constantly bombarding us with warnings, hysteria, pleading, and threats.  Apocalyptic books have been written and scsry movies made, all in an effort to slow man's combustion of fossil fuels.  I have not read most of them, but I would guess they are pretty much an affirmation of the sermon I have been preaching every since crazy Al first discovered there's a lot of money to be made by scaring people.

Unfortunately, these alarmist are not limited to just our government and crazy Al.   Climate Change Alarmism is a world wide epidemic, and the true motive has absolutely nothing to do with climate.   The true motive is to destroy capitalism.  The U.N. is pushing the agenda, and even the Pope on board.

At a news conference last week in Brussels, Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of U.N.'s Framework Convention on Climate Change, admitted that the goal of environmental activists is not to save the world from ecological calamity but to destroy capitalism.
