says the 2nd Amendment doesn't preclude gun bans by municipalities and states. Has she not read the recent Supreme Court
cases that threw out Chicago and the
DC gun bans? Municipalities and states
have no more "right" or "wiggle room" to take away our 2nd
Amendment rights then the Federal Government does. The 2nd Amendment applies to the states and

would someone get these Dumbocrats to read both the Heller case and the DC case?
Of
course, she will be right if and when Obama replaces one more conservative Supreme
Court Judge with another left wing Obama minion. If that happens, the whole constitution is
history.
