Not having time to read 164 comments (so far), pleas forgive me if this has already been pointed out. Has it occurred to anyone that this court decision may have just declared entire Affordable Care act as being unconstitutional? Remember, the bill was passed and signed into law with NO SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Technically, that means that if any part of the law is invalidated by the court the rest of the law goes right into the circular file with it. Am I wrong?

This MAY cause the entire bill to go back to the Supreme Court.
