Healthcare.gov Didn’t Work in Tests and the administration knew it, but they CHOSE to launch it anyway

Why would they do such a stupid thing? The
Republicans tried to get them to delay the individual
mandate for a year. In fact, they
demanded it. Obama was presented with an
opportunity to blame the delay on the Republicans.
He could have kept quiet about the
problems in healthcare.gov, and would have had a whole year to get them fixed. And all the while blame the Republicans for
threatening the entire nation by the horrific government shutdown.
Obama would have received a whole year
of anti-Republican propaganda and also a much better roll-out of the health plan
for 2015. Obama was offered a great deal
and he refused it. He must be a special
kind of stupid.
