Rand Paul Says: We Need a 28th
Amendment
By now, almost everyone that
uses internet email has the chain mail that talks excitedly about the 28th
Amendment. Just to make sure you know –
there is no
28th Amendment, yet. But
the patently false chain email usually says something to this extent, "Congress
shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or
Representatives."
Rand Paul and a few more of
the “conservative members of Congress” agree that it’s a very good idea. However, we all know the ONLY way that will
ever happen is if Republicans have Control of BOTH houses, AND
the Oval Office. Untill then, is just a
pipe dream…
