Va. mom charged after firing gun into air to scare off daughter’s attackers
She had every right to protect her child. The cop said she should have called the cops
instead. Yeah, right. Her daughter would have been beaten to a pulp by the time
they arrived. That being said, I would NEVER just fire a shot up in
the air. That bullet could come down
and kill an innocent person.
In this
case, it was her and her daughter against 10 young men? I think she would have been justified to shoot
the boy in self defense. That would have been the correct thing to do.
If time permitted, she should have FIRST called 911,
told the gang “the police are on the way”, then if they didn’t stop, SHOOT TO
KILL.
NEW UPDATE: Now the daughter is MISSING…
