WE DON’T NEED NO STINKEN VOTER ID!

There are 765 cases of potential voter fraud or error being investigated in North Carolina. There are another 35,750 voters with the same first and last name and DOB who were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.
It’s unclear if the 35,750 are being investigated further. Their middle names and SSNs were different.

I can’t find any evidence yet that the 35,750 voters are being investigated.
An additional 155,692 voters with the same first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state – and the latest date of registration or voter activity did not take place within N.C. They could be people who moved.

The Supreme Court knocked down parts of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 last year which prompted North Carolina to pass some common sense laws which included requiring voter ID for registration and cleaning up voter rolls by cross-checking voter information with that of other states.

Additionally, North Carolina officials tightened the lax voting requirements which allow for voting without proper clearance by state officials. They also put restrictions on early voting.

Al Sharpton wanted to use the easily-forged college ID’s as a photo ID. He also wanted to continue the practice of allowing 16-year olds to register to vote.

North Carolina is one of the states DOJ Holder is suing for allegedly passing unfair voting requirements.

The cross-checking requirement recently turned up 765 potential cases of voter fraud or error. Another 35,750 with identical names and DOBs were found to have voted in two states.

In a joint statement from Senate Leader Phil Berger’s website,  he and House Speaker Thom Tillis, revealed that 765 voters on the rolls with exact matches of first and last name, DOB, the last four digits of SSN were registered in North Carolina and another state in the 2012 election. They are being investigated by the Board of Elections for North Carolina.

The statement also warned that “these findings only take into account data from the 28 states who participated in the 2014 Interstate Crosscheck, leaving out potential voter error and fraud in the 22 states that do not participate in the consortium.”
They also found:

• 50,000 new death records that had not previously been provided to the State Board of Elections.
• 13,416 deceased voters on the voter rolls in October 2013.
• 81 deceased voters that had voter activity after they died.

However, as a word of warning, other states have used the cross-check system with relatively few criminal prosecutions for voter fraud after the cases were investigated.
Having worked the polls, I have found it is more likely that ACORN and similar groups are signing up real people who are severely mentally challenged or who are drug addicts not particularly aware of what they are doing.

Democrats continually fight all efforts to tighten voter laws, require voter ID for registration, and clean up voter rolls because of concerns about racism.

In February, MSNBC published the results of a study that claimed black voters would be disproportionately hurt by North Carolina’s new voter laws. Democrats love their studies.

MSNBC concluded: “The study provides powerful ammunition for the pending legal challenges,” says Brenda Wright, a voting rights expert with the liberal think tank Demos. “It shows that virtually every key feature of North Carolina’s election legislation will disproportionately cut back on registration and voting by African Americans in North Carolina as compared to whites.”

If this turns out to be fraud, Democrats will still object to voter ID.
